I took my car in to tangawizi motors for a question on why my phone link is not working. Unfortunately the service was not up to standard. It seemed like 1 lady had everything to do. In the front desk, there are 3 positions. Only hers was occupied. I had to wait over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I asked about the phone link with a senior service technician, and about a software upgrade. I told him I bought the car second hand. His words to me were I should have checked it was working before I bought the car for the dealership. He did not know I didn't buy it from a hyundai dealer. Its hyundai software and the dealer i bought it from would not been able to assist. He did not even bother to ask where i bought the car.The look on his face was that this problem was beneath him and did not want to assist. I was shocked at that attitude from the technician. The service was terrible and I'm already thinking selling this car due to the poor response and empathy I received from tangawizi motors
Airlink today said they do not overbook passengers. That is a lie of huge proportions. I was due to fly from JHB to DBN on 20 September 2024. I arrived early at the airport and when I was checking in, they told me they have overbooked. There were two of us. So Airlink should not make false statements that they do not practice overbooking. That is hogwash
What is going on with Vodacom in Richards Bay??????????? I'm tired of there being no signal in meerensee. I've been struggling to stream for hours now. This is not acceptable. I've got 3 different vodacom devices which I'm paying fo each, and no joy. Thank means my subscriptions to the streaming platforms are a waste of money.
DSTV stream is a joke. I can connect to Netflix in seconds but I wait minutes......and still waiting to connect to stream. A shame as I pay nearly 900 per month. If it wasn't for sport, I would drop dstv in a heartbeat. Cmon Netflix, buy those sporting rights or I will have to go without
The online banking always seems to fail. Soon to leave nedbank
What's happening in Richards bay with regards to Vodacom. The signal is pathetic. From a muli billion rand company this is not on. Staff get paid millions and millions yet us people who pay those salaries are left frustrated. I'm losing business here because people cannot get hold of me. Is this acceptable?
Why can we not buy simple things like plasters from our savings? This is ludicrous. We pay so much money per month yet our savings are not seen as real money due to the fact discovery does not cover certain MEDICAL purchases. We pay with real money and therefore we should be able to buy anything MEDICAL with our savings
Pnp in meerensee is such a bad place to do your daily shopping. Everyday there a ques going up the isles but 2 to 3 tills remain closed. There are more people supervising than working and it seems the management at that store are way out of their depth
With covid i cant afford the premium package anymore. I tried to downgrade a day after i was supposed to pay R919. I was told this is impossibe as its was a day late. I asked if it was pro rata and told yes. I was told i can only downgrade on 28 january 2021. I must now go without dstv for 1 month instead of me paying for the lower package. This is disgusting as my kids will now go without tv. I will rather take this money and buy data. Then i can stream whatever i want. Goodbye to the scoundrals at multichoice
I moved from Durban to Richard's bay 2 years ago. The vodacom reception in Richard's bay is pathetic to be brutally honest. This is a city that has the highest tax paying company in kzn. It's a disgrace. Perhaps vodacom should stop spending money on their advertising and sponsorships and build some infrastructure in Richard's bay. We dont get discounted contracts because of poor signal and lack of infrastructure. We pay the same amount of money as people with good reception. It's almost as though vodacom has signal shedding in Rbay and it's a disgrace for a big city. Funny that MTN does not have this problem here in the bay
