I am so sick and tired of complaining to the CEO of huge deductions on my Vodacom account entitled entertainment services despite the CEO getting a lot of the ladies in the office of accounts to call me and give me assurance that it’s been blocked I am still getting this taken off my account this is a disgrace that a company of this calibre can carry on with this type of position which is ****ming its members with this so-called entertainment services which is not part of the normal business practice we need to get this sorted out tired of the ladies phoning me and promising me that I won’t receive any more deductions of the sort but yet it’s still going on
I’ve had to buy a lot of Apple cards for friends for their kids and first of all we found cards that don’t work and when you go to the store they say Apple is not interested they don’t do any refunds and they don’t care if the cards don’t work we’ve had several Now the one child had a card and it was on 68 on a R500 card we bought another 500 card and it’s now on 76 how can that be possible it doesn’t make sense somehow Apple is conning everybody with these cards you cannot phone the eye store or Apple to talk to them about it they don’t answer their phone they are the worst business in South Africa possibly in the world if this is how they carry on somebody needs to get involved and do something about it
I am sick and tired of clicks every time I go there to pick up my medication they leave something out or they haven’t got it in stock I’m not tired of this because it’s happened so many times that I’m gonna go tomorrow and collect my script and go somewhere else to a more reputable and reliable pharmacy Because clicks just doesn’t have it it is a disgrace the person that runs clicks in Norwood Mall doesn’t know what he’s doing he’s never around they should get rid of him as well and get somebody with a higher qualification the people that are there are all not pharmacist and they’ve gotta go and ask somebody else all the time and get somebody to sign everything that they have to get together but I’m sick of being letdown and not having all my medication is always an item missing clicks Norwood Mall
I never got an invoice from these idiots and when I contacted them, they sent me on Wednesday an invoice which I tried to pay, but Pnet bank has three different net bank accounts. I obviously chose the wrong one and only saw on Thursday morning that it didn’t go through and I redid it again again and it went through in the meantime they cut me off. They should’ve only cut me off at the end of December. that’s when my time with them expires. I hung on trying to talk to somebody through the app for over an hour with no success. These idiots don’t work on a Saturday so you can’t do anything I’ve sent two emails with a copy of the payment and still no response or help. This is a total disgrace and a useless lot of idiots that run in Web. I’m forever having problems with them, but it is such a hassle to change your email address. Does anybody have suggestions for me?
I took my dog for his rabies injection sent in the claim and I was told it’s not valid. My policy is only for accidents so I have been conned again by Dotsure they are the big con artists that you’ve ever found. This is my second time with them and the same thing has happened again. I know I was asking that I had doctors visits. I’m not interested in accidents. I never got a copy of my policy and I’m battling to get a copy which tells you that they know they are con artists and you should steer well away from them.
I have been to Norwood police station and the commandant was looking at the statement that his sergeant was doing, and he and his assistant both agree that it’s an inside job how did these people get all these credit card numbers expiry dates and CVV cards and how did FNB let all this go through when I only have one active credit card something is fishy and something is wrong and even the ombudsman said he couldn’t find any problems because they also don’t do their jobs properly. It’s very evident that there is a problem and it stems from inside FNB.
I have had a very bad experience with First National Bank in South Africa. I was ****med out of R430,000 and I had a call from a girl on Monday saying she was from FNB and it looked like an FNB number and when I contacted Lebohang she was busy looking into it when the girl I was talking to got on the phone and told me to stop talking to this woman that she is busy with everything I’ve had very little cooperation from FNB. They say they still investigating everything and I also asked about the interest on the money and I was told sorry you’ve lost that as well and I am not happy about it. These FNB people are a total disgrace. You can’t get hold of the CEO who is Mr. J Celliers you get put through all the time to call center who actually don’t do anything other than tell you it’s all in progress. I’ve been told by friends close your account at FNB. They are a noun for all this type of problem and move your money somewhere else more reliable, I have always had the pleasure of talking to the CEO of Nedbank and the CEO of Absa so why should FNB be any different but they are totally useless and they cannot get anything right and I did a spreadsheet of all the money and I see there is money missing now. What is FNB gonna do about that they going to just ignore it like they doing to me about the 400,000 which we believe is either an inside job at FNB or an inside job at Woolworths where all the money went out, I haven’t heard from the CEO of Woolworths. I’m waiting for their response.
I got all my Internet connections firstly by vumatel receive my router, installed my router, connected it and use my iPad because of where the router is situated I use my router to login found the right item to login into and it connected and then it came up on my iPad that there is no Internet connection that means that they didn’t connect me to the system i’ve tried numerous times to make contact with web Africa, but you get a stupid robot. Gives you no help whatsoever. This company is pathetic and I am so mad they can come and fetch their ****. Give me my money back and I’ll go somewhere else to somebody who is more capable of offering me the service that I want , I’m sick and tired of these useless companies in South Africa who so-called offer these services but when it comes to the crunch, there is nothing there and they’ve made you start paying
I have never been so terribly badly treated by the most terrible woman at the entrance to the A1 lounge at Gatwick North airport. She decided that she would calculate the hours when the plane took off, but you have to be at the gate by a specific time which is an hour before departure she was not interested on that on our boarding passes and that we would’ve only had two hours in the lounge which we had waited for for an hour to get in Because of her attitude, how can they employee such a terrible woman who argues and is so rude and has got it all wrong the time you have to be at the gate if you’re not at the gate by that time they close the gate and you missed the flight obviously she hasn’t been told by the owners of the lounge that that is the case and that the three hours that you’re allowed in the lounge falls into the category of the time you have to leave Does anybody have any information who owns the lounge that I can contact them and lay charges against them about what goes on we are diners club members and therefore we are allowed entrance into the lounge and I have already reported this to diners club. we went to a small lounge next to A1, which was the most disgusting Lounge we’ve ever been in three bean pots. That’s all there was no bread nothing else no liquor and we had to endure that for a few minutes and then we left, but I’d like to get comments from other people about the A1 lounge in the north terminal and if they’ve encountered the
I have been waiting since March for Telkom to put in my Wi-Fi because they’ve cut the copper cables with the telephone and adsl on it to date. I’ve had nothing numerous emails to them vumatel just gives me claim numbers and saying they are attending to it. Somethings wrong with Telkom that they cannot even organize a simple thing like getting the Internet up and running in my flat. Has anyone got suggestions of what they’ve done to get around these problems I’m at my wits end. There’s nothing worse than not having Internet when you need it.
