*********** WORKERS AT CALL CENTRE made several calls for 3 days to sort out my blocked drain they either don't know how to register the claims and the service providers don't answer they suppose to follow up and communicate but nothing at all. They all a bunch of hopeless..........why the hell do u pay home insurance for such **** service......you speak to 10 different people all the damn time. Absa Is pathetic.........
PATHETIC CUATOMER SERVICE. My mom as a pensioner stood so long in the que 20 minutes. Structure of working is poor . Controllers who go and collect item are walking so slow like they on a model parade. My mom took a kettle that was listed R99 and then it was the wrong one so th3 actual one of R99 was not availe. She left without a kettle and the ques are so damn long..... the store is poorly managed no structure. It's month end cmon man
Managed to speak to Yaseen from head office to deal with a 2 week's dispute payment issue he was very helpful and professional. Gail on the other side did not follow through , I have sent her pop but seems she never updated my payment koz when I visited Westgate mall branch this morning I was told I owe Virgin a payment of which I made an Eft payment on 5th Nov.

Checkers Westgate Mall It's very unprofessional when you see some of your cashiers are chewing gum as if they are chasing a race. It's untidy. When u serve customers.
What's is happening very disappointed . I have been using Babysoft toilet sand paper for years the quality had dropped drastically but the sand paper is proce always increases. Look into this Matter urgently. Twinsaver is even softer. Cmon man get your standards in order. Or people should just stop supporting this brand.
O customer service Pathetic I bought 4 items yesterday and decided to pay at kiosk which is 5 or less. People infront of me held up que had more than 5 items and it was 3 customers infront of me. I approach the Muslim lady worker she says it happens everyday there's nothing they can do, so powerless . She's clearly *********** for the job. Employ people that can take charge and be bold to run the store. Next day I go back for again for 4 items. She discuss loudly with Staff standing around chit chatting and I approached her to say she's unprofessional she must do her job right. Weak workers standing and chatting while other staff is working replace them there's better people that can perform and customer service lacks in this store ur cashiers must learn to greet aswell. If thats the case kiosk should be permanently closed for customer's. I have managed to speak to the Store Manager a very polite Gentlemen and he said he will look into it. Will he really? Let's see.
Exceptional. Hair products is amazing. Staff is super friendly. And The Owner Megan knows what she's doing. The best. Support local on cape flats. That is my go to Salon for Colour or Treatments and the compliments after my hair do doesn't stop..

The Owner ,Bazil van De Merwe is doing exceptional work. Such a Huge Heart who don't overthink of giving back to the community in allowing many Matriculants In Mitchells plain area to pass out. His given them an opportunity of a lifetime and the results is outstanding. I would highly recommend Bazils driving school. My sister has decided to use his service and she passed out successfully.
