Great service
They are very helpful when you call, online shopping is user friendly and delivery was fast. Recieved goods in order. Can definitely recommend them.

Worst service
Two times they delivered wrong items. I've ordered on 27 April. They colleted the wrong item delivered from me, till now I have not recieved my credit for the item that was not delivered. You can call, no help all they say is they will escelate it to a manager no manager ever get back to you. Day's off calling, still no response. You can't speak to anybody but a phone conultant that keep telling you they will escelate it.

Great shopping experience
Excellent experience. Site is user friendly, proucts is exactly as shown on the site. Shopping and check out was not working on my phone. Called them they gave me a whatsup number to send my order. 10 Minutes later order was placed. I recieved my parcel the next day, very well packed. Their staff is friendy and helpfull.

Vodacom is not tustworthy
I would not even give them one star. Upgrade contract online. Consultant give me an amount that I would pay monthly on a top up contract and because it's done online no connection fee. Bill came they put me on a open contract and debit the connection fee from my account and the ammount she gave for the monthly payment is not the same it's way more. It's now more than I month calling and calling one department to the other no help they just put you thru to the next person. I have to pay to change the contract to pre paid now. I logged a call investigation on 12 September that was suppose to take between 3 and 5 days still waiting no one at vodacom knows anything but I have the sms from a Samantha and a reference number. One manager to the other lied we will call you back or they just drop your call and you have to call back and explain the whole story again and again. Last manager we spoke to on Thursday was a Steven at the online sales department. We still waiting for his call back that he promised he will investigate and call us back. I'n the mean time they just deduct your money. There customer service suck so if their managers don't help you there is now one else you can talk to. No help logging a complaint aswell. Keep clear of Vodacom they are not trust worthy. Will never do business with them again.

Would have been 5 stars
Excellent online experience, no problem contacting them. Products is good quality. Delivery was fast. Only one complaint, did not receive my Invoice with my package and there is no option to download it on their web page, mailed them with no response, called them and asked for it well I'm still waiting.

Extremely poor
They don't deserve any stars. They are a scam company, run the other way as fast as you can. We lost R35 000 for our trip that they canceled our flight was 19 December 2021, you can't get ahold of them by phone, there is no email address and there app chat is also a lot of bull. They give you a diferent story each time. The last guy told me good luck do what you have to, to get your money back. Lufthansa Airlines just say sorry we can't help you contact Opodo they say we missed our flight no refund but SA flights to France was stopped December and I have the proof were they canceled our flight

Happy customer except for the online shop
Online shopping with Dis-Chem. Their site is not user friendly, some products you can't choose an option and when you got to check out and want to return to add another item if you forgot your shopping list is empty and you have to start all over. But their customer service is good and helpful and you can collect your order the next day. Collecting at Dis-Chem Flamwood Walk in Klerksdorp was fast and easy no hassles. Products was good as always.
