Please stay very FAR AWAY from this company. Their service is **********, or should I say: NON-EXISTENT. I have been a client for several years, and have always experienced this very bad service. They say that they will contact you: never happens. I recently had to specific problems, I have raised the issue months ago, I sent emails, phone calls on a regular basis (still not resolved). my most recent issue is apparently just too much for them to understand, never mind resolve. I have written emails upon emails, phoned numerous times, they always promise to call back, I am still waiting. Shame on you DebtBusters. Stay very far away, there are better companies out there.
VERY BAD SERVICE the last few days. I am relocating to the USA soon, obviously I need a 3 months supply of my chronic medicine. I have completed and e-mailed all required documents. I have a special scenario / circumstances with needed to be sorted out by GEMS's Chronic Medicine Authorization department of GEMS. I spoke to a few people at GEMS today. Nobody is willing to help, let alone allowing to explain. I want to especially mention 'ANEL' , she was not very friendly to start with, and then she was plainly rude, she eventually put the phone down in my ear!!! Shame on you GEMS!!!!! Not willing to assist with my 3 months supply of chronic medications. I am asking you, how am I and my dependent going to survive without 3 months of chronic medications??? I am going to hold GEMS responsible for any medical issues that IS going to happen without our medications. This is life and death possibilities!!!!! And shame on you, GEMS for employing someone as rude as ANEL to work with your patients?? I am utterly disgusted (how are we going to survive? - GEMS please answer me!!!). FinFix, stay away as far as possible. They give you a false idea that they are trustworthy, on the contrary. They dropped me like a bag of potatoes when I needed them the most. They just stop communicating, ignore all emails, phone calls. Trust me, they are not what they claim to be. Stay away!
Please stay very far away from this ISP for your own sanity. Their fibre service is extremely unstable, unreliable, throttled (even though they say it is not). I am trying to stop my service from them with immediate effect, but they say it's not possible!!! Where in your life have you ever heard of such a thing? I can't do my job, I am missing deadlines one after the other, and there is a possibility that I can lose my job because of them. I am on the verge of climbing in my car, take their router and burn it at their reception area. I have never experienced such bad service from any company in my life.
Stay very far away from Supersonic. I am a new client, and have bad experience and then more bad experiences. If you have a lot of free time on your hands, sure let them be your service provider. I have phoned on numerous occasions and each and every time I was holding on for more than 20 minutes each time, waiting for someone, anyone just to answer the phone. When someone eventually do answer, they can't resolve your problem, issue. Extremely frustrating. Extremely *********** company.
I have never in my life had to be exposed to such an *********** company, and to think they are a pharmacy! They put people's lives at risk. I have received medications from them on numerous times where the medication name and dosage is labelled on the box, then there is a totally different dosage inside the box or different medications altogether. They are putting patients lives at risk. They load the wrong information from the prescriptions on their system, their deliveries is always one wrong. Then when you try to phone them, and have to speak to a pharmacist, you will be on the line for at least 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I have to phone them almost daily to try and get them to solve problems that they themselves created.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER OPEN A TFG ACCOUNT. They are the most *********** company in existence. Their customer service is pathetic, if you have a problem of some sort, they will put you through from one department to the next, never resolving the problem at all. Unfriendly, unhelpful personnel at their call centre and their account department is even worse.
Please, please stay as far away from Capitec as possible. They have no idea what they are doing. I have made payments on my Access facility, however they have lost the records of my payments, handed me over to attorneys and blacklisted me. Now they are unable to sort out their own bundle of mistakes. Their client service is pathetic and not capable to help. The one department has no idea what the other is doing. It is a total waste of time to go to a branch, speak to the manager, still unable to sort the problem that the self created. And they are most probably the worst when it comes to reckless lending. Please stay away from this bank (they are not even worth calling themselves a bank), there is obviously a reason why their bank charges are so cheap. It speaks for itself. Stay away for your own sanity.
Please stay far away from Debt Busters. I am a client, but have only experienced frustration so far. Their client service is **********. I phoned them early in the morning today, requested a call back, it is 19h30 and I am still waiting. I am not even sure that all my creditors are all being paid, because I am being harassed by some of them lately. If I could have given a zero score, I would have. Stay away.
