I am not impressed with CTU. Unfortunately what is advertised is not what is given. Rewrite marks not given to my child or me after asking. I feel like I've wasted my time and should have rather entered him into a degree course. Only positive. Classes are small.

Using another member's details to claim from my medical aid + Tax Certificate issues
Bonitas was always a very good medical aid. We have been with them before they were Prosano. But things have changed. Another person's Pathcare blood test cost was deducted from our account and still waiting for it to be reversed! Regarding my Income Tax Certificate queries, I have had no feedback. How can the payments I additionally made that Bonitas did not cover, not add up to the monthly totals. And it differs from the total of each members co-payments? Please help here. I am just waiting

No service on cancelled order.
Purchased bulbs online. Cancelled the order due to my son not being at home during that time. I cancelled a week ago (they said they would cancel the courier as well) and got a reference number the next day. Since then I have had no correspondence from their side. No payment return. This is unacceptable. I've been following up each day. Please respond.

No feedback and bad service
Ek was op soek na 'n staan waaier. Dit was geadverteer op 'n spesiale aanbod bladsy wat vir 2 weke geldig is. Ek het elke dag Spar toe gegaan om uit te vind wanneer hul voorraad kry. Die dame wat my nommer geneem het my nie gebel nie. Ek woon 40km van die naaste Spar af. Ek was weer daar, dieselfde dame gevvra, kon my nie antwoord nie. Het toe haar bestuurder gevra om dit op te volg. Nou nog geen antwoord nie. Absoluut pateties, jammer

Bad or rather no customer servoce
Each time I go to build it, there is no one available to help. If you find someone, they are already busy helping someone else. Or they look annoyed that you ask them. Very bad service. Follow up on products needed. No one calls. When you get there. No stock availabe. Spoken to the manager / owner, no avail<br> Very bad report, sorry.
