We've been a loyal Presidents Club corporate client of Avis for over 15 years — but the past 6 months have been a disaster. Invoices aren’t being allocated No statements sent We've received blacklisting threats And worse: our staff have been stranded at OR Tambo late at night due to system failures Despite repeated emails to several Avis reps, nothing has been resolved. This is now a business risk and a safety issue for our employees. We demand urgent action from senior management before we’re forced to escalate further and review our relationship with Avis.

I bought a Chrystal White Pearl Volvo XC60 SUV with Vin number LYVUZ68ACMB801221 and Engine number D4204T233619784, 2021 model with +-19 000 km on odometer from Pierre Voges on Thursday 14 March 2024 and paid R 600 000.00 into Pierre Voges’ ******xx bank account. The vehicle was transferred into my name without me ever signing any transfer of ownership form (matter referred for further investigation). On Friday 22 March 2024, 7 days after we bought the vehicle and travelling from Cape Town, via George to Potchefstroom, the car abruptly switched off on the N2 at the Stop & Go close to Albertinia. The car eventually started after more than an hour and Pierre Voges telephonically advised us that the car will reset itself after two hours when we switch it off at our destination. Before we could reach our destination, the vehicle switched itself off again in Hartenbos, and was towed in to Volvo George on Monday 25 March 2024. After an inspection at Volvo George, we cancelled our trip and returned to Cape Town, only to have the vehicle switched itself off again at the Stop & Go close to Swellendam. The vehicle was towed in to Volvo Cape Town this time. Pierre Voges deliberately misrepresented the vehicle’s condition and status by not disclosing the electronic defects, as experienced by himself on previous occasions prior to selling the vehicle to me on 14 March 2024. The vehicle was also in a major accident and fitted with non-Volvo parts as confirmed by 2x separate Volvo Dealerships on 25th March 2024, 28th March 2024 and 04th April 2024. We incurred R thousands in additional accommodation expenses, flight tickets, a cancelled holiday, emotional and financial stress and the inconvenience of being without a vehicle. The vehicle was not bought “VOETSTOOTS” and we would never have bought the vehicle had the true condition of the vehicle been disclosed by Pierre Voges prior to selling it to me. The money was eventually, after a lot of “stories and challenges” refunded back to us on Thursday 04 April 2024 and transferred back into Pierre Voges’ name on 19 April 2024. Please be VERY VERY cautious when dealing with Pierre Voges from CarZar Cape Town.
I'm being bombarded this morning by consultants wanting me to do surveys and complete questionnaires. Tried calling LTI H/O in Strand but number doesn't work and consultants don't have any other info. Please stop this irritating calls immediately - I am not interested in your campaigns.

Reported my Bosch Washing Machine on Wed morning 22/12 as broken, got sms with reference number. Phoned Wed am and was told by Tidi that technician would call me within 24-48 hrs - Nobody called so I phoned just after 10am this morning only to be told by Tidi that technician would call me a bit later. Nobody called, so I phoned again12:25 and spoke to Ntlantla who said technician will call me on 28/12 as they are closed already (closed at 12pm today) I've got extended warranties on 2x Bosch washing machines, 2 x Bosch Dishwashers and 2 x Bosch Stainless Steel Combi Fridge Freezers................ How pathetic can Bosch service be ? While technicians are already at home enjoying time with family and friends I am struggling with loads of dirty washing.... I'll just keep on telling my guests BLAME BOSCH TECHNICIANS !! Absolutely PATHETIC !!
