Frustratingly Slow Streaming Experience We signed up with NewCo Fibre hoping for a smooth and reliable internet experience, but streaming has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a small household in a modest-sized home, we constantly face buffering every few seconds—whether it's Netflix, YouTube, or even basic video calls. The connection is painfully slow and makes it nearly impossible to enjoy any uninterrupted content. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when we’re not even putting heavy demand on the network. This level of service is unacceptable for a fibre provider. We expected better. ---
I placed an order through the drive-through at approximately 7:00 pm, ordering a burger and the Family 8 Pieces Meal. However, when I arrived home, I discovered that my order was short of two pieces of chicken. I called Booysens Chicken Licken and spoke to Sfiso, who requested that I WhatsApp a picture of the order and the receipt. Unfortunately, Sfiso failed to follow up on his promise, and I was left waiting for a call that never came. I attempted to call but the phone rang continuously, and I was forced to leave a message. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the restaurant, my calls went unanswered, and I was left with no choice but to share the six pieces. The following morning, Sfiso finally called, leaving a voicemail message stating that I could collect the two missing pieces of chicken at my convenience. I found this response to be insulting, considering the inconvenience and distress caused by the mistake.
I had a disputes with a subcontractor from dial a contractor to date the issue has not been resolved my wall and bathroom is still in the state it was they way the contractor left it.
Eldo coaches is the worst ever and long distance coaches to travel with. It was my first time traveling with them thinking that they would be a good fit for me. On the day of my travel I I was told to be there at 12h30 before departure at 13h00 . I was there by 12H00. I waited and waited for hours with no bus. Then at5h00 a bus came and it was already half full and I was stranded again having to wait for another bus which was in a terrible condition. The ride from Johannesburg to Cape Town was terrible The bus was overheating and we had to stop every now and then. I was supposed to be at my designated place by 07h00 hours the next day but only arrived at 16h30 the next day. I would not recommend Eldo coaches to my family or friends or even strangers for that matter. The do not deserve that five star rating. No one of the staff came to apologize or inform us of what's happening we had to keep on going to the ticket office and get told we just ha e to wait the bus is on its way.
Called five times this morning spoke to four different consultans by the names of Nkanyezi,Lerato,Enolo,Nolwazi and a fifth person whose name i did not get. I needed technical support and not one of them assisted me properly,Every time I called asking to be put through to technical support after having repeated the security questions and passing it.Not one of them assisted me properly.They keep on putting me through to a line that goes dead silent and then after a few seconds just die.i had to call back every time. i needed technical support on a contract I just started.
On the 13 January I went to collect a package from Southgate post office.On my way home I felt the package was a bit too light.When I opened it, I was shocked to find out there was nothing in the pack but just an empty box.I immediately turn around back to the post (which was about to close) spoke to the post master who told me to come back the next day.I went very early the next where I was requested to complete a claim and was informed by the postmaster that the forms will be faxed to Witspos who will investigate.To date I have had no solution yet. Is there no other way to claim
Hello Peter I have been a customer for DebtBusters since 2017.As to date I have bèen constantly paying my accounts through debt Busters.I have sent them numerous emails requesting detailed explanation as to how long I still have in making payments. To date I have not received any response.i have also been in contact with them telephonic and send numerous emails about one of my creditor's harassing me and no answers.i have also WhatsApp them where I get a response from them saying I must contact the consultant who is working one my account.I keep on explaining that I do not know who the consultant is and that they must look him/her up for me and contact me but the response still is that ,that is not the platform for such issues.can I please get help 😀
