I'm really my disappointed of withdrawal from my Tax Free account. I requested it on 26 Nov 2025, and was told it'd reflect by 3 Dec 2025. But today, the funds were reversed back into the account, meaning I need to reapply. This is frustrating as I urgently needed the funds and had made arrangements with debtors based on your commitment that I’ll get the funds on 3 December 2025. I trusted your initial communication. Please assist me urgently. I need clarity on what went wrong and a solution to access my funds ASAP.
On 3 September 2025, I paid R80000 at a Clinic through POS, this was for an urgent medical procedure that was to be done on 6 September 2025. The transaction wasn’t cleared, so I asked ABSA to reverse the transaction. I sent all the requested information and letter to Authorisations on 4 September 2025. On 6 September 2025, the R80000 was cleared and paid to the Clinic, not reversed as requested. I enquired about it on 8 September 2025 and on the 9 September 2025 Authorisations referred me to Private Assist/Private Banking. When I called I was told it has not been reversed and it can not be reversed as it was cleared and paid to the Clinic. The next step is to log a Dispute and the dispute process takes minimum duration of 21 days. I am really thinking of moving my account from ABSA because this is a real nightmare!!!
I bought a laminating machine on 20 July 2025 but I haven’t received it or a refund from Makro. I was informed on 30 July 2025 that it’s out of stock and I send through my other 2 options on stock availability for an exchange but I have been ignored.
I had a smooth experience ordering from Shein, and I could track my order until it hit a payment block. However, I didn't receive any notification or message about an outstanding payment before delivery. Now, I'm having trouble reaching FedEx customer support, which is really frustrating.

I requested a trip and the driver charged me more than I was supposed to pay. The driver did not stop billing me, instead of below R100, I was charged R355. The destination that I requested was in Johannesburg CBD and I got off there. Then the bill came to say it is R355 and the destination is in Ivory Park Police Station in Midrand (I do not even know the area). Driver's name is Hlulani George and he was driving a Toyota corolla,
I would like to applaud Outsurance for a quick turnaround on a claim resolution (after being delayed by external parties), when this issue was brought to Quinton Kruger's attention, he did not hesitate to investigate and reach a resolution within hours.
