I contacted Vodacom to cancel my contract. First time they said they would, followed up 5 working days later and they had done nothing. Second time was sent a form which I completed, made payment and send to their cancellation dept as instructed by them. Followed up three times by mail with ZERO replies or acknowledgement. In the meantime have received latest bill with no changes and contract still open. Should vodacom be listening kindly contact me by email as I am currently out the country.
All I want to do is cancel my contract! On contacting cancellations they cant find my contract even though I give them the number and then give them an ID. Still no luck. In the meantime I have my account open on my computer, so its all there but somehow Vodacom cant find it. Then I give them the account number. Then put on hold ... Then told that Vodacom somehow used the account number as my ID number. How is that even possible. The length of an ID is completely different to an account number! Now I was told I must now go back to customer service so they can fix it, all the time wasting my time. Remember, I just want to cancel my contract. So they put me back to customer service and then go through endless menus to eventually just having a ringing sound and no answering. Mindboggling incompetence. How they function is a mystery to me.
We had incredibly poor service from Dischem Nicolway. Not only did the Pharmacist take way longer than is normal to fulfill a simple prescription but refused to communicate with her when she asked why it was taking so long and just stared at her. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Breytenbachts guided me through my application for a spousal visa for the UK. Their support was quick and very detailed and helped me with a few hiccups along the ay to getting all the documentation together. Net result was a successful application that took around 45 days to be approved. Special thanks to Nadia for the help.
The mindblowing incompetence of Eskpm goes way beyond just inability to generate power. I closed my account with ESkom on their own app on the 19/5/2023. The case reference is 658796357. They were also given the meter reading at the same time. A month later they then sent me the final invoce with a prvisional reading that they sucked out the air that was for R7000? Mever in my life had I paid R7000 in a month and I had already completed their move out on their own app. And that move out was closed on the system, I have a screenshot proving it. We have spoke numerous times to Eskom to resolve and they are all clearly all incomptetent to resolve queries. We even have pictures proving the readings... There is no hope for Eksdom
The car I rented from Europcar was in a very poor condition. When reaching 120kmh the cour would vibrate vigorously. In addition there was packing table all around the rear window which at some stage must have been broken but the tape never removed after fixing. The tape also had damaged the paint. When I returned the car and told the sales lady she said the vibration was normal! To add insult to injury I brought the car back a day early and they still charged me for the day!
I have recently sold my house and gave Navco notice of cancelation of my internet service. I have been a subscriber for over 3 years and paid upfront for the hardware to use the service. Now they insist I give them 30 days notice or they will come pick up the equipment I paid for. Over and above this for over a year I had no service whenever there was load shedding. Their service was incredibly patchy and has deteriorated.
This is a follow up of a review done in December. At that stage SteelALot had been unable to find the accessories I had delivered to them for my Samsung Fold 4. I had to do this in order for them to even consider my warranty. Anyhow in mid January (a month after delivering to them) they proudly told me they had found the accessories and would return them to me. So when I received the accessories back it didnt include the case for the Fold 4 but even worse excluded the watch worth around R7000. The box the goods were returned in said box 2 of 2. Where is box 1 of 2? All they say is they have escalated the problem. Thats all they have said for 2 months! They have stolen my Samsung Watch and will just fob me off for the rest of my life.
I would like to thank Vaughan from Samsung for the assistance given me. However I am still very unhappy as my Samsung Fold 4 has been rejected for warranty and want me to pay R18k as they say I have damaged it. If that is the case then I would recommend no one purchase this phone as clearly it is too fragile and can easily be damaged. Stay away. I wasted R37k on this phone, hopefully this may help you not to waste your money like me. Samsung please dont bother calling me. I will never again purchase another Samsung product.
I purchased a Fold 4 from Takealot as it launched in the country. After around 3 months the phone no longer unfolds flat. I took it to East Rand Samsung to get it fixed together with the invoice from Takealot. They refused to look at the phone as the invoice didn't have the phone serial number on it. Takealot refuses to give me an invoice with the information and also wont honour the warranty as they also want the accessories which they have now lost. So I have a very expensive paperweight that two supposedly reputable companies are refusing to fix.
