I submitted a credit application on 21st October. It is now 5 Nov and no one has bothered to call me about the outcome. I have called it to follow up numerous times, whoever answers the phone tells me that they are messaging the person who is working on it and they’ll get back to be but no one has gotten back to me in 15 days. This is very bad from Capitec.
I recently moved to Randburg Fontainebleau. I always buy my groceries and food from OK supermarket at Rabie and Republic. Shout out to Justin. He makes you feel like you are spending a million. And he makes you feel like you the only customer in the shop and always willing to help. Next time you go to OK foods Fontainebleau please say Hi to this great man.
Service at Cell C Woodmead is pathetic. Went there to do a simple sim swap and the lady the works there gave me a foul attitude the minute I walked in. She made me fill out a form for a sim swap and I then bought a SIM card. She then told me to check after 3 and my sim card would be okay. I check my sim and nothing was done. Today I call Cell C to check what went wrong. The lady told me that the swap wasn’t done. So annoyed. Tomorrow I am going to Cell C Woodmead for my R11. Pathetic.
My washing machine stopped working and I lodged a claim (#301226048) with Santam. They sent a service provider to check what was wrong with it. He suspected carbon brushes only to find they are still okay. He then told me that he doesn't know what is wrong with the washing machine and he will call someone to find out what could be wrong with it and he will give a quote to fix it. A few days later later my claim is closed because the it is wear and tear. What is worn out in a washing machine motor? because the only thing that can be worn out is the Carbon Brushes and those brushes were okay. This is mechanical failure and my policy is supposed to cover mechanical failure. How good is insurance if it is not there when you need them with a legit claim? Not happy at all.
Fedex made a mistake and now they don't want refund me my money. My Waybill is AWB # 280909158621 for Nyiko Maluleke. Amount due was for R312.15. The delivery agent(Jabu) had multiple invoices and made a mistake when processing my payment on my delivery. He processed R853.95 for AWB#779422750528 which was not mine. I have R541.8 refund due to me because of the error made by your Fedex delivery agent. Now Fedex has been giving me the run around since the 11th of November on my refund.
I have been with Santam for 6 years now. Today called them to follow up on a quotation i did on Friday on household insurance. I spoke to Mvuyisi Mzukwa. I have to say he was very patient and professional. Took his time explaining the insurance cover. Our call took 1h30. Ended up talking about my car insurance. Ended up saving +R700 per month on my current car insurance. Thank you champ. 🙏
I took my daughter to Netcare Parklane earlier today. We had an appointment with the Paediatrician (Molefe Pholo). When we got there he gave me an attitude and gave no response when I greeted him, which I felt was very rude. He failed to address me when I tried to explain what was wrong with my daughter. He wouldn't acknowledge me at all. He could only listen to my wife and she even said it made her uncomfortable. We go to hospitals because they are a safe for our family and Netcare Parklane needs to do something on how their staff treat people. I am paying for his services and the least I expect from my child's doctor is to go about his work professionally. Mediocre, rude and unprofessional to say the least.
Placed an order on Wednesday 25 October for same day delivery and paid for the delivery. It has now been 7 days and yet to receive part of my order. When i check on the takealot.com website, it still says expected Delivery is 27 October and today is 1st of November. So disappointed about this kind and would have bought elsewhere if i had known 😡
Found the company through Facebook Market place. Reached out to the owner. He sent me a quote for bricks and told me to pay 50% for delivery before close of business. I then told him that want to see the items first before paying and i was on my way to Fochville (the company's listed address). Went there only to find it was a farm and there was no factory as described. I tried calling the owner. He stopped answering my calls after i told him i was at the said address. This is is a week later and I still cannot get hold of the seller. I told A friend to call him and he answered. Mmmm Nearly lost 13k for something non-existent.
The company doesn't exist. The address listed on the company profile is an open field without factory/shop in Fochville. I was there and called the number listed. He told me to pay 50%. May calls were getting answered until I told him I was in Fochville and would like to view the products. Don't be fooled by this ******. This company is a ****. Stay away.
