At 11 o'clock I went to visit Pnp Clothing De Zwartland for a return. I was assisted by a very friendly guy however during our conversation it was interrupted by a lady called Zentine. Without even greeting she asked wheres the debit card they don't give physical money back. When I said I don't have a card she said they don't have money i must come back later at 1. The store open at 9 and i went at 11 so how come they don't have a 180 for a refund. When I was standing in the queue they were busy counting money. Cost of living is high. Do they really expect us to drive up and down for a refund. Apparently when you purchase cash via a card ans u have a refund it should be swiped back on a debit card however there is no indication on a slip or in store signage to inform the customers. The manner in which Zentine speak towards customers is not very polite . She comes across as a very arrogant person with a bossy mentalityi. After this i went to another branch and I was assisted immediately.
Had the worst experience ever at Kfc Malmesbury. The cashier at the drive thru was so rude. She dont have no idea about the menu and gave us wrong information. When we got to the window she still have the audacity to say " Go wash your mouth clean, if you people are being rude i will also be" as if we were. She do not have a clue about the products which are being offered
As muslims we are very unhappy that your Malmesbury store house Pork which unhalaal with the dairy products.
I had a money account which was in active for a while.Daughter matriculated and her savings funds was needed for Tuition fees. Account was re opened and a extra R100 charged for a replacement fee in order for us to receive the money. 5days later i received a call the account will be terminated. I asked for a reason but received no answer. 2min later i received a termination letter and my app was immediately suspended with my funds. Went to the branch but was unable to assist. Numerous calls to Customer service which are transferring me from the one person to the next. What i experience today was a total joke. People don't know what they are doing. Why re opened the account for it to be closed out of the blue. Upskil your staff more in order to give answers to your pathetic games. My childs fees had to be paid today but thats not ur companies problem
I am very unhappy with the service that i am receiving from Truworths.I had an account for more than 10yrs+ and wanted to purchase a cellphone.I phoned the call centre and i was told that i need to close my account and re open it again.I do not understand.My account was never in arrears and i have a credit limit of 12k.If im not trusted to purchase a cellphone why gave me so much credit to spend.Thats plain stupidity
Laptop was ****** out of my cupboard which was beyond my control.Got this as a gift but they were persistent to show proof that it was mine.2Aug a old memory card was put in my phone in order to look for pics which was submitted.After almost a month i was insulted by the interviewer which question my integrity.A day later claim was immediately rejected and all policies cancelled due to me being dishonest.Before the claim documents was submitted it was already rejected.My brother that bought me the gift was not even contacted.I followed up every single but for weeks they had excusea up until the cancelations 4 days later a R1000 was still deducted but yet they cancelled everything with imediate effectI want my money back.Only had 2 claims but the experience was the worst
A few months ago i reffered a friend to join Dotsure and she did.I was supposed to receive a R250 but ever since than i am still waiting.On numerous occasions I have phoned to follow up but i am still waiting
Quality and taste of the chicken and chips that ive bought at your cape gate branch was very oily and tasteless.It was not worth the money
This company is in Breach of contract.As per agreement 4 debit orders went off before the agreement date.I tried to make contact with clientele however i did not receive any response.I have decided to cancel this policy but deductions are still going off.
I am not happy with the service that i have been receiving from Dotsure.Have been following up but get transfered everytime to the incorrect dept.Paperwork of claim was submitted but no response email was received and out of the blue i get a cancellation email for incomplete documentation
