Terrible service, I had to ask for an iron and ironing board twice on each occasion and you cannot even call reception to remind them because there are no phones in their rooms; I was expected to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp text, which they didn't respond to. This morning one of the staff members refused to bring an iron and ironing board to my room, in my presence; which was very rude. When you order a meal for room service, they take almost 2hours to deliver. I requested a cup of coffee for take away and the cup was made of paper, it got wet and the coffee started leaking to the car cup holder, it was a disaster. The coffee was too hot for me to gulp down and the wet cup was difficult to hold, especially since I was driving. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone. I can't believe my employer had to pay for that, I'll have to report the hotel so that my other colleagues can know its a no-go area
I sold my property and they took my money and paid the levies and rates for the new owner. They are very unprofessional. I'm still waiting for my money, they're not really helpful.
I bought shares in 2019, there's been no dividend payout ever since.. and I am told I can't sell them. This feels like a ****; what good are these shares to me? It looks like I just donated my money to Barloworld. This looks more and more like unjustified enrichment on Barloworld's side. My money is gone but there's nothing in it for me.
I took out an investment with Old Mutual Invest & the investment is yielding a loss all the time; so I requested withdrawal and refund of my funds. They sent an email telling me my withdrawal was unsuccessful& they need to verify my info. No mention of anything else, how they will verify, if they will and when. They attached a password protected document &no mention of what the password is, I've tried my ID nr, its an incorrect password. this is starting to feel like a **** and I want out. What kind of an investment yields a loss all the time? Why are they forcing me to keep investing with them when I want out. It's *****
I took my kids to Spur Midwater Middelburg for their birthday, the waiting staff was so rude, they didn't come to our table when it was time for the birthday song. Only 1 waitress was there clapping. A white family came in and the waiting staff rushed to their table to sing the birthday song. I complained to the female manager &showed her the video but she defended her staff, called them and the 1 waitress started shouting at me for complaining & called me a ****. I took out the video to show her she didn't want to look at it. The manager just stood back and watched. If you're black stay away from the restaurant, you'll be treated as half human. Only white people get proper service.
My husband and I bought wardrobe materia from Mica Middelburg, they didn't deliver all the material that we paid for 2 boards were missing, 1 large(for wardrobe) and 1small(for drawer). Wr noted it dow. On the delivery note. We called, spoke to Chris, he said he'd investigate then said they found the material and asked if we'll collect or if they should deliver. I said they should deliver. The same Chris wanted us to pay for delivery AGAIN, we argued it wasn't our fault. Now that Chris claims all our material was delivered. The lies and ********ity of that shop is unbelievable! This is what ****** do, admit they have your material, decide to ***** it and then say you have the material.
I never received my contract via email, been trying to call the store to email it to me but they won't pick up their phone, there's no loadshedding n the phone is ringing. I need the contract asap, I'm at work, and I'm working too far to drive to Middelburg Mall. Huge inconvenience! This could be fixed over the phone but they are too lazy to pick it up. I'm going to lose R3000 because of this
I took a tax-free investment from Sanlam and app**** to withdraw funds from this investment (as I was told I could do so anytime). I was told that I should receive the funds by 28 March 2023, but I still haven't received the money. I sent an email enquiring about this and they are not responding to my query.
I purchased a plush seally bed set at Bradlows in Middelburg but they delivered a firm seally bed. When i told the sales lady she tried to convince me I bought a firm matrass, and i would never do that; i was with my sister and she tried to convince me to buy a medium hut i told her that medium is too hard for me. I even sat on the bed to ensure it was plush enough. The sales lady that helped me told me that I'll have to pay extra if i wanted a plush mattrass. The law says the price you see is the price you pay. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with the kind of service (terrible and unlawful) I'm getting from Bradlows
I've made a claim a for my late father, submitted the required documents via email over 2 weeks ago as per Nosipho Ngwenya's request but I haven't received anything,-no feedback, no updates, they just went quiet on me. They expect me to keep calling them, emailing them, etc for updates. They never struggled with their premiums but I'm struggling with the claim. I feel like I'm being scammed. I don't recommend this policy at all.
