This company who I’ve NEVER heard of harasses me EVERY morning at 6am!!! They linked my number to someone I don’t even know and have been harassing me for the last 3 months. I’ve begged for them to remove my number but they keep calling me for someone I don’t even know. How unprofessional!!! How do you harass someone who has never even heard of This business before. How dare my number be logged on your system without my permission !!!!
My Account was HACKED and all my money drawn out!!! STD bank use to have double authentication so that no one can use your bank account without approval to your cell phone. Mine was removed!! Someone had processed over 10 transactions and STD bank did not stop it this time as per what they usually do when ***** suspected! It’s been 5 days!! I have not been called by anyone as I have a private banker. I’ve sent three emails over three days. No one bothered to contact me. They state I must wait 1-2 weeks and then collect a card when ready. DO NOT apply at std bank. Your money is not safe at all!!!! I am a working mother with no cash to get to work or feed my kids!!!! Disgusting customer service! 😡😡
This should be a zero star rating. My car was referred to Wheel Collision in Montague Gardens for a scratch on my rim. I was told it would take 2 days. They kept my car for 4 days and when I tried to call; the Manager, Cheslyn, was rude and abrupt with me on the phone regarding the lack of fulfilling HIS timeline of two days. He disregarded that he could not commit to his time frame and also made me wait 10 minutes on the phone, on hold; knowing my car wasn’t ready. He then proceeded to make sure I get my car at the very end of the 4th day. Very rude poor customer service and clearly a representation of what the company stands for. The customer is clearly NOT first in their eyes. I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone and I will never use their services again!!
This would be a zero star rating. I purchased a TV 4 days ago and delivery was due yesterday. I called Takealot and they state I will definitely get my TV on delivery date. As it’s for my teen son who is on school holidays.. the TV did not arrive. I have paid in full, delivery date was yesterday AND an agent stated I would get it. Now I’m sitting with a disappointed son because I failed to keep a promise all because of TAKEALOT. Very disappointed!! Not the service I need. I should rather shop Amazon online!! I’m sure the delivery will be prior to the actual date!
This deserves a ZERO star rating! By far the worst insurance company!! I have been with One Plan insurance to cover my parents for a decade. I BARELY claim anything for them and I’m paying thousands every month. My dad was admitted to hospital for an accident over a month ago and still ONE PLAN has not paid the bills. The hospital is sending account after account and 1plan is ignoring it. I’ve logged 5 different calls to OnePlan and Spoken to them multiple times and now I’m getting lawyers emails from the hospital because 1pan has not paid. Besides that; the prescription pills that my dad needed has been rejected 5 times. The information they eventually said is needed for the claim is all on the invoice but they refuse to process that claim as well! Eager to debit your thousands of money monthly but missing when payments are required for claims! Seriously considering moving to another insurance that will HELP me when I eventually do need them as opposed to 1plan who is nowhere to be found!! DISGUSTING service!!!!!
WORST BANK EVER!! I’ve been with this bank for many years yet signing up your bank card to link to Apple Pay is too much for them. The security questions asked are pathetic that it would be easy to be unsure of the answer especially if STD bank is already ripping you off with multiple offers linked. Useless bank; and I need to move to FNB where the staff are educated and professional and at least know what they are doing! Even my actual banker who I’m paying to assist; cannot return emails.

I purchased a product online and my cash got deducted. 2 weeks later I received the free sample product but not my item purchased. I have sent smashbox countless emails and fb messages and called but they don’t answer or respond. They keep asking for order number which I sent thrice but don’t respond to assist or refund. Smashbox steals your cash!! Don’t buy online!! For a huge makeup company, I think people aren’t purchasing as much and therefore they are stealing money from clients in covid period. I’m disgusted and appalled by their behavior!! I will no longer support them and I purchase monthly!
