I went to the Spar De Tyger store on Heritage day to buy a few things, and to my surprise there was a special advertised on the shelf that Douwe Egberts 400g is going for R269.99, but when I got to the till it scanned R319.99, the cashoer called the manager and even went to the shelf and saw the price being advertised, the manager on duty then said it has not started yet and he cannot honor that and if I want that price to come back on Friday, as this is a merchandiser mistake. I don't care who's mistake it is I want it at the advertised price thqt was on the ahelf in store.
I send my partner to purchased 2 x Streetwise 3 today from the KFC Airport Mall in Belhar, he asked the guy giving the orders to check to make sure that there is no wings as that is what was requested, he checked the slip and the contents and stated that all is fine. Just to get home and see that each box only has 2 pieces of Chicken! That is robbing me, as I have paid for a Streetwise 3 and not 2.
I app**** by Boostloans for a loan, and to honestly say I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the bad reviews, but I can say I was more than happy with the service received and the time frame in which my loan was paid out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I app**** for a loan and surprisingly they approved me although I had a poor credit record everything went really quick, submitted documentation and all, and then boom, they required me to pay a large fee as insurance protection that is Refundable so they say, but this was not mentioned upfront and the payment confirmation that was send is **** as well. I knew something was up due to the low installment that could not be correct. People be warned by this company.
I have been debited twice for a loan, and after making 2 calls to them early morning and the afternoon again, I was advised by both agents that they can see it on the system and that I will get my refund today when they release payments. Still haven't received anything requested written confirmation regarding the refund and still waiting on that as well.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I visited the Spur in Parow Center on Saturday December 30th with my family. The restaurant wasn't that busy, but the service was slow and the worst I have ever experienced! Waited about 10min before someone came to take the drinks order, and then we ordered two meals with the drinks, it took normal time to arrive but just after we ordered the rest of the meals as we were 6 people in total. We waited approximately 30+ minutes for the food to finally arrived, when we called the female manager on duty she had an attitude and told us that we ordered the food late. The worst of all one of the meals that was a half chicken, was old chicken used. The service is bad. We went to Spur in Tygervalley before Christmas and there was a rush, but there is a huge difference in food and quality of service. My parents who were with me told me that they would never come to visit this Spur again.
I have been a customer of The Biltong Co for the past little bit more than a year now, and I must say it has always been a joy to go there for my order collection as the staff is always friendly and very helpful, doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I will definitely recommend everyone to go and pay them a visit. There have been the once or twice odd times where I had a item missing from my order, but the staff member who did the check with me, was more than happy to rectify my order shortage. I would just like to say thank you very much.
I have signed up for a special that I saw online with Mweb, for a Telkom LTE deal. I have received my modem and sim-card very quick, and was happy as the service is starting off a very fast way, but then after waiting a couple of days, and still no activation, I decided to call the support center to inquire, which I was transferred to 3 different agents, after which I was told the problem is by Telkom and not with them. I was then advised since it is a public holiday and activation people not working on a weekend, I will just have to wait till Monday to have my service activated. This is poor service
<p>I went to the Mitchells Plain PEP stores branch today to return a mobicel phone which I have purchased on 30/01/2017. The device was purchased on the MTN network. The manager assisted me, asking me what is the problem with the handset, which I have advised her that the mobile is not charging. She went to go and test the device. The manager returned and advised a shop assistant to assist me in booking in the handset, She only took the handset and batterry and told me I could take the rest of the accessories home again, and told me to sign the book-in page and only advised me it would take 6-8weeks! Really in which reallity does it take that long? I took my papers and went home, after I got home I remembered my days as working for MTN that the device has a 6month warranty for replacement. I called the repair centre to confirm my suspision, the agent informed me that the way the device was booked in was for a repair and not warranty assesment, and they would reject if it is found that the device still qualify. I went back to the store and requested to speak to the manager. She was very friendly at start after which she told me that she understood and called the shop assistant to assist me again. I requested the Manager to give me the regional's number as clearly the staff does not know how warranties work. She had one hell of a attitude and she handed a piece of paper with customer careline number and the assistants name, and when I requested her name, she waved her name badge in my face after she stormed to her office, another customer who stood besides me was shocked by this. I want to know who gives these people training and customer service is very poor! I want to know what is Head office going to do about this, as I want a replacement handset as in today's age a mobile is your life and they should train their staff and management better. I don't think that I would want to deal with that store anytime again soon.</p>
