My name is Phakama Tshaka,Friday the 08/01/2026 I went to Nedbank to submit a claim for my deceased mother (NTOMBENTSHA ENITH TSHAKA) and they told me that my mom did not submit the beneficiary when she was applying for funeral cover of which I found that very strange. They told me to get a letter of authority since my family nominated me to be the beneficiary of which I went to master court in Bisho and submitted the letter of authority to Nedbank and other required documents on Monday the 12/01/2026. Nedbank told me to expect payment whithin 48 hours. The money did not reflect on my account and I decided to go there again and they told me that I did not sign the nomination form which was very strange, i signed the nomination form and was advised that the money should reflect later on Wednesday the 14/01/2026 if not the following morning the 15/01/2026. Money was not in and I went back for the third time and was advised by the man called Kumal Ransumal who is apparently in charge of the claim processing who told me that everything is in order and Money will reflect on later on the 15/01/2026 which did not. I WANT NEDBANK TO PAY THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY,WE ARE BURYING MY MOTHER ON SARTUDAY THE 17/01/2026 and we need the money desperately
I dont know whats is going on ,but i app**** for a loan ofR500 at lendplus on the 19 November which was approved ,they sent me documents but strange thing is within these documents there was a contract from Sanlam sky saying I app**** for funeral cover of R54 pemium and I will be paying the first premium with my loan repayment.I never app**** for any funeral cover from Sanlam sky I dont even know them I want this cancelled with immediate efect,this is *****.
Atlas Finance does not want to send my payments to transunion,I made payment in August of R440 and again September R450 but these payments does not reflect on my credit profile, status still says I last paid in 2023.When I contacted them to advise, the manager by the name of Roderick Govender told me that the payments will reflect after 60days due to billing cycle of which is not true I did contact Transunion. This is not the first time my account was handed over but every time I pay DMC sends the payment to credit bureau for update. These people must send my payments to Experian. I am aware that the account will be closed after I paid the full balance,but what Im saying is they must send my payments to experian so they can update them,that will not take 60 days.
My vodacom account for the cellphone contract I took at vodacom have been in arrears for more than a year and I was aware of that,I stopped paying after I lost my job and now I am employed again, on the 27/07/2025 I went to Vodacom store in Vincent EL to settle the bill of R1868 and sent pop to Vodacom to update my credit profile. This morning I logged in to my ITC account and only to find out that Vodacom did not close the account instead they took the settlement amount I made and wrote it as an installment I still owe and instead of closing the account its still active. I want a paid up letter from Vodacom and the must fix the error they made on my credit profile,they dont answer emails I have been emailing them for weeks for paid up letter

Hi everyone. My name is Zukiswa Tshaka Nhfc is full of people that dont care about others, i have been waiting for them to release payment for the builder its been two weeks now, i spoke to Samuel Mokoena last week and he said he sent payment to finance and it takes 5-7 now i asked yesterday cos 7 days passed and he apologised on behalf of finance and will make followup, Now im sending him an email this morning and i received an automated response that he is on leave until 30 september ,mind you the builder have been waiting for this payment since 29 august and they are irate, i managed to give them half of the amount now i dont have money.Why is this company like this? Who does this to others?On top of that when i send an email to the email address he sent it says its full and cannot accept emails. Can anyone from NHFC FINANCE assist and release money for my builder PLEASE!!! Im in trouble really and the builder is irate!!
I'm Sinazo Tshaka staying at East London my I'd no 0204021415086 my late father had a funeral policy at capitec his name is Bongani Wiseman Ngalo I'd 6911185789080 .He died on Saturday on 7 September 2004 so I went to capitec on Monday the 9 September for a claim I asked them if is it active?they said yes so they said I Will see the sms ,I went to tell them wensday they said they can't see anything so I came again on Thursday the 12th September they gave me another reference no so we went there again on Saturday the 14 September because we want to bury my father they say there was no policy after 6 days??? Plz help us my father is still at mortuary
I have never seen a place like this, I was approved for rural housing they approved for 135k now they only paid 38k to the hardware for foundation material and they said when the builder is done with a foundation I must send pics they will pay the builder now I have been calling for a week the builder is demanding payment they are nowhere to be found, no response on emails, no answer on their phones now the builder is irate they say they gonna destroy what they did because I **** to them I don't want to pay please nhfc release the money for my subsidy I wasn't to pay these people, respond to my emails🥲
I received an email from Anita Louw offering a loan and I think it's a ****, now I'm worried about mmy ID copy, bank statement and pay slip I sent, please confirm if it's really sanlam finance.
