Excuse for refund
It ****es me off cause they making excuses of not refunding me as my date is 24 for debit and I cancelled last month but yet they bill me today on the 27th September 2025.

Terrible and unhuman experience
Actonville police station has the worse experience ever. They don't even have their name tag and you wouldn't know who helped u. I went there 3 times already on different days and each time I go there they not giving me the correct information. They don't know what they doing. They should go for trainkng

poor management
Nice place to live in but the fact that is not managed accordingly is a huge deal, because you cannot complain about the same people and rules don't apply to the culprits. poor and non friendly customer service
If i where to compare Midrand Game store with East Rand mall, i can say without doubt that Midrand has the best best customer customer care. Eastrand mall at the TV department their customer service is terrible and seems like they short staff cause you wait for long and people there not willing to learn ones work

lack of communication
I recently bought a flat via this agent and all i can say is i got the poorest service. The was proper hand over from them and i had to fetch the key from the previous tenant that left it with the securities at the gate. I was told that they are on vacation and they will open on Jan 2021. This was on the 30th of December 2020. Till to date i'm just wondering if they still on vacation. I was not given my parking location cause when i ask the Security or Body corporation, I was told that my agent was suppose to locate me. I told them you referring me to the wrong people cause their communication skill is very poor. to cut the long story short, my agent from "Dormehl" told me that the rental Pros have a tenant in the unit and their agent needs to do an outgoing inspection not them. Up to date non of all these things where arranged. cause even the tenant told me that their agent didn't care and they moved before time
