Sorry I even have to give 1 star. Harrasment an understatement. They continually called and called, one after the other, for a month I told them the same story. My mother is a pensioner and can only afford R100 a mnth. I was then told after 4 emails to them they would speak to the hospital. Low and behold their Harrasment continues. Threatening Sms everyday. My mother tried to whatsapp them as she can't afford airtime. (Sms no. Advertised on Sms she recieved) no one responds. Once again this morning 21/12/2021 she recieved another threatening Sms. What is going to be done about these "clowns". My mother cannot take this stress anymore. I am currently unemployed thanks to CV19 so I can't even assist her. I see many complaints here. Please do something before they give my mom a heart attack.
Dec 2020 my husband went into Linmed for a drip. On arrival I was forced to put down a deposit of R124 000 for ICU Rates. My hubby didn't see anything near ICU and passed less than 24 hrs later. I had to request refund but due to the card I paid with being in his name I have to wait for the estate. All sorted. 1 week later and still nothing. They demanded my money now I demand my money back
I was told by an ex employer to check for unclaimed benefits owed by going through the FSCA. I went through the process only to see there is possibly money there for me. I replied via email. 2 weeks later not a single response from them. Nothing what so ever but an automated response saying an agent will call me in 24 hrs. Nothing still to date. They push you to collect but then via incompetentcy can't even respond
I received a call from a lady now regarding service received from mobile locksmith 24/7. This lady unfortunately lost her house keys and requested help. It was a Friday at around 20h00. Shockingly to replace 1 door lock which you could purchase for R120.00 at any hardware and only a short while she was knocked with a bill of R1985.00. When they elderly lady called in to inquire she was greeted with the most unprofessional treatment . The Manager shouted at this lady , aggressively answering her questions. When she asked who the owner was he would not answer. He then ended by putting the phone down on her. I suggest this should be addressed as this is an elderly lady and a total rip off of note.
I am looking for answers today. My sister and her 2 little children booked a return flight with Flight Centre Douglasdale. The flight was from OR. When checking her return tickets for tomorrow she noticed the flight centre booked the wrong return, her flight lands in Lanseria. How on earth. We have no one that side to collect them. Why would you honestly book to leave from OR and land at Lanseria. I mean really. I need this issue sorted NOW.
Last night 28/05/18 at 19;40 my phone just stopped working. I called vodacom only to hear that my phone is now on contract with RMCS, shocked as this is a pre- paid phone, it's Rica'd in my name. I dont deal with Jet or Edgars at all so how the hell does this happen. I am currently hanging on for a supervisor to answer the phone (08h42) , note it is now 10 minutes and still holding. This is fraud and will be dealt with swiftly if not sorted out now. Time now 09h00 still holding.............
My daughter called for assistance with her bank balance and her FNB sim card. She was rudely handled on the phone. The operator was short and extremely disrespectful. I am total disgusted as to what my daughter told me and how she was handled. All this after she had her phone and bank card stolen. She went and reapplied , got a new card and sim, this was only a few days back. Today she calls to inquire and is handled in a disgusting manner
<p>So we go into Trading Post Cosmetic store in Northmead Mall Benoni. There is foundation that I was interested in. No sample colours , colour on lid looks different to the bottle. We chose one and wanted to make sure before paying that is was correct so my daughter gently opened the bottle. Wow, within seconds the lady attendant was on my daughter raising her voice and saying you can't open it. She then grabbed the bottle out of my "21 year" old daughter's hand and preceded to get ****y under her breathe. Disgustedly I put back all my purchases walked out and swore never to go back. They can have that disgusting treatment and try it with someone else. My daughter spends in excess of R600.00 per month in that shop. Well we wont be going back and neither will any of my friends, family or collegues.</p>
I CALLED IN TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH CELL C AS THE CONTRACT WAS FINALLY FINISHED. They told me that there would be 1 more payment coming off and I would be finished with the contract. So yes the last payment went off and lo and behold they decided to debit my account on the 25th of the month. My debit order was always for the last day of the month, now suddenly they take off the last payment on the 25th. I am only paid by the 28th of the month thus making my payment bounce and a MESSAGE FROM MY BANK (ABSA) WARNING OF A DISHONORED PAYMENT. My account now look's bad with my bank and I had to pay the charges. What on earth are these people doing to suddenly change a debit order date with your bank and you aren't even aware of it ???
In September 2014 I recieved a call from RDP collect. that I owed then R30 000 .00 from 9 years ago for an FNB account. I requested statements. After nagging I recieved them. The statement saying 29/04/2008 the account balance was zero. they would speak to manager. For 5 months nothing. Then I get a call again 20 May 15 saying again I owe money. After I explained the whole story and resent statements I got told somebody didn't do something right. They will talk to manager & get back to me. Till today not another word. My brother wants me to sign for a vehicle for him and when they did the credit check they said I have been Black listed by FNB bank. Now I ask you, is this pathetic, a ****, pathetic service, 9 years later. I am appauled that they havent even contacted me again let alone no arrangements no warning, nothing in writing as they are still following it up in May 2015, but they have the audacitiy to blacken my name. Some one better contact me as I have all the proof on my computer as to the correspondence from my side and lack of it from IN-QUEST and the fact that they changed the company collections name that I was not aware of at all.
