TFG is deducting R40 from my account every month for a magazine I never subscribed to. Despite repeatedly rejecting their offers during phone calls, they have continued to charge me for months. This feels like theft, as they are taking advantage of customers who don’t regularly check their detailed statements. I would like a refund for the unauthorized charges.
I bought a Ferragamo belt from their Sandton store on WhatsApp for R5000, but it was too small. I asked them to keep checking for me and mentioned that I need sneakers in size 9. For the past few months, I have been trying to find an item to purchase, but I haven't had any luck. I requested a refund so that I could buy from another store, but I was informed that the refund is now in the form of credit, as if I have an account with them. I bought so many items from Luxity, and I am getting this kind of treatment with my hard-earned money. #BlackFriday
The service provided by the electricity department has been very disappointing. We experienced an issue with the electricity connection at our house and logged multiple calls for assistance. Although a technician came out to address the problem, they were unable to fix it. After some time, we contacted our councillor for help, but even then, the issue remained unresolved. During this period, we had a backup power source that could only last one or two days, especially during the rainy season. An electrician told me we need a temporary code to reconnect the service, but the department seems unsure of the problem. We recently installed a new meter, yet the issue remains. We are stuck and have nowhere to go for assistance. Hopeless.
I purchased a Samsung fridge from the GAME store online, and the delivery service refused to take it up the stairs. I had ordered two items; the first one was delivered and placed in my apartment, but for the second item, they said they were not allowed to take it upstairs. I am very dissatisfied with the service. It seems that their policy is inconsistent, as some items can be delivered upstairs while others cannot. They took the fridge back to the warehouse.
I logged a call with KIA Motors a week ago and to this day i never heard from them. My NEW KIA Picanto with 25000 km broke down for the second time after they fitted a new Engen at Lazarus KIA Motors in Centurion. The car nearly went up in flames on my way to work, apparently the water pipes were not fastened properly and in few weeks the pipe disconnected when i was driving. The first time when it broke down they hired a car for me and i had to pay a deposit of R1660 refundable upon return of the car but but i got nothing due to Gauteng toll gates that i don't pay for with my car. This time around Europ cars need R1800 deposit that i don't have and i am now using a taxi to work in this cold winter and there is no update as to when the car will be fixed. and i am still paying for the car on a monthly basis. Really is so frustrating and i had cars before and i never had issues like this. i am now stuck with a car that i don't know if it will ever be fixed properly and i can't sell it.
I bought some lamb chops neck three packs at Richards Bay store on the 16th of May, only to find one has already gone bad and smelly. My worry is what if we cooked and consumed? I am so disappointed as I always buy fresh meat from food lovers thinking is among the best stores in our country.
I walked in to Pick & Pack store in centurion lake mall and bought myself a snack(Black cat peanut snack) only to find that it was expired as BB date was 28-08-2015. I checked expiry date after realizing that it does not taste as usual. I think is very dangerous as we don't know what else is expired in their shops with chickens that are imported from Brazil. I bought it today(10-09-2015)
