Afrihost & Openserve - Fibre Query
I've listed a fibre query with Afrihost who works with Openserve Tuesday, 30 September 202. I've sent them all the relevant information, w.r.t. a change in address and that there is no modem, but just a fibre box. Today, Tuesday, October 06 2025, they still ask me to send a picture of the fibre box, where there is no modem and then Anthony a consultant from Afrihost tells me to plug a LAN cable into LAN Port2, when he was advised that there is no modem, but just a fibre box! I am highly dissapointed in Afrihost and Openserve with this delay in actioning a fibre query listed on Tuesday, September 30 2025 and up till today, Monday, October 06 2025, the issue is still not resolved. Anthony rather tells me it'll take another (7) days to be resolved with Openserve. This is utter BS. I am a highly frustrated customer who paid for the month of October but with no service.

Gleam Girl-Pathetic Customer Service
I received extremely poor service from Lelitia who claims to be a very good dress designer in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria. She confirmed she can make the dress I sent a picture of to her. She bought material which was incorrect. Then she went on December holiday and gave her job to some other lady. The partial design of the dress was appalling and I cancelled the make of the dress. I paid Lelitia in full. I made contact with her. She is refusing to respond to any texts or to reimburse my money. Please do not do business with Lelitia, Gleam Girl.

Bad Private Customer Service from FNB Private Wealth
I have a so called Private Banker at FNB, Khwathelani Mudau and she is not assisting me at all with a query which is almost two months old. She acknowledges that she receives my email but there is no action from her side and no communication. I was on the phone with her Friday, 14 February 2025, she is rude with no telephone or business ethics. I insisted on her giving me her manager's email address and telephone number. She dropped the phone in my ear whilst I am talking to her.

Bad customer services
RAM is delivering to the incorrect address as I never received any phonecalls from our security last week or today to inform me that there is a package for me. You’re attempted deliveries was never made to my address. Their consultant phoned me and I asked her to confirm the delivery address that they have on the system. She refused to do so and dropped the phone in my ear after I telling that they will assist when I need assistance. My query is not resolved with RAM Hand to Hand Couriers and my parcel is still not delivered to the address given when I bought the items.

Free Delivery fee without a date specified when it will start and when it will end
So'they have this where no delivery fees are charged for all items ordered with no date specified as from when no deliver fees will be charged. On 3 screenshots sent to them they only advise me then that free delivery only started on 18 May 2020. I wish I can send you a screenshot of their free delivery adverti*****t on items already placed and paid for.

Mother left helpless at Life Wilgers hospital
I took my baby to the Wilgers Trauma centre on 04 November 2015 at 09:15pm. I did the normal procedures by completing an admission form and paying the emergency fee. As soon as the dr on duty arrived in the room I told him what is wrong with my baby. He didn't do a proper medical check on my baby neither did he do as what a dr would do as he didn't know what was wrong with my baby....how convenient!!! I told him seeing that he doesn't know the diagnosis he must either do a blood or a urine test. He then organised a blood test. We were waiting, he appeared and said that the test results will arrive in one hour and the other results will only be available on the Friday and I must phone in for the results. Prior to him telling me that story, the nurse on duty told me that the lab is off-line they cannot print the results, so I said, then email it to the dr. Then she said no the technician will bring the results, but she just told me the lab cannot print as they are off-line. seriously!!! he gave me incorrect medication and didn't prescribed what I asked him to i.e. nurofen for juniors. I took my baby for a 2nd opinion. I was told to stop the medication prescribed immediately!!!
