I'm frustrated by vodacom collection department. I have a contract with this network for a data only sim and phone that debit every month on the 18th. On the same date September 2019 a debit of R511 went off from my account but I got a message stating that the account is in arrears on the 22/09/19. When I called 0821946 I was advised to email my statement to pop@vodacom.co.za which I did on 25th. I didn't get any response as it was promised that I would be called in 3 to 7 working days. After 7 days I still get sms that I need to make a payment within 5 days otherwise my line will be suspended. I reached out to vodacom and I was advised to send my bank statement that shows that the R511 was paid to them. I did that and was told that the matter will be resolved in 7 to 14 days. Still I receive sms and automated calls to make payment day in day out. I just can't wait to get out of the contract so that I can have my peace. Very disappointed with the network since I have been getting contract with them since 2011 but this experience makes me think twice. Wouldn't recommend anyone to be contracted to them. Very very disappointed that I should make a double payment in a month
Bought kfc feast 6 pieces on 23/09/18 . Was given 3mini loaves that expire on the 24th ( within 7 hrs of purchase). I went to the outlet I bought from, supervisor Shorley was called as I wanted an exchange she told me that it's impossible to exchange as the policy states that they can issue the loaves and should we get food poisoning they will cover the medical costs incurred. She told me to bring the meal I bought but I had already ate the chicken. Also she told me that the loaves were free I guess it means I should not complain. She told all the mini loaves were expiring on the 24th and there's no way I can get an exchange forcing that it's either I get a refund of R10 or there's nothing she can do. I took the mini loaves home despite the expiring date. I guess kfc promotes consumption of stale food. Am I forced to consume all the meals I buy at kfc within 7hrs of purchase?
<p>on 15 July 16, went into the franchise at 16h37 i received my service rendered . after ordering i asked her that the drnks shouldnt have ice as it was cold. she told me that i should have said that before ordering as she is not the one thats that will be preparing the drinks. she was so rude she had no name tag, i said "but you never asked how will i like my drinks to be? she told me it was my responsibility to tell her that i want them without ice " the rudeness of the lady made not to set my foot in that restuarant. the slip has crew id 114 manaswa i dont even know if its her</p>
On the 14th May 2015 I requested to downgrade from compact to access the debit order was issued already so I was told that for that month R319 will be debited from my account even though the downgrade has kicked in. The agreement was that I will not be debited until 15th August where I will be debited R77 as there will be a balance of R22. Now I got shocked when I checked my balance using self help options that R77 is due by 15th July. I went to multichoice office at malamulele and it was confirmed. They couldn't explain why R77 is due this month. I want to know what happened to the R319 that was debited in May. According to me from R319 paid in may was supposed to be spread for 3 months and there will be R22 remaining on the 4th month. I know that it's pay before use service so I need some clarification
When I was about to leave the shop I opened my bag for the security officer (A Mulaudzi PSIRA 1520472) to search it . She took out my purse and asked where did I get the purse and I told her I bought it from mrp and she told me to take empty it shouting at me, I did just that without retaliation. She told me the very same cut out purse was being sold at jet and she's suspicious. People nearby were looking at me because she was busy shouting at me. She took the empty purse and pass it by the sensors at the door and there was no sound. Asked why didn't she let me go in the first place and see if the sensor will ring without treating me like I am a thief. She said whether I like it or not she doing her job. Asked her what did I do to give her a red alarm she started shouting at me using tshivenda. It was so humiliating that I was no longer comfortable to be in that mall. She didn't even apologise for the way she treated me when I wrote her details down she scolded me using tshivenda saying I should ask for her permission.I don't know what she was saying that kept people starring at me cause I don't know tshivenda. Last encounter with her she touched my private part as part of her job
I got into mr price at paledi mall Mankweng looking for earrings when I entered the store had my hands in my pockets then I went straight to the earrings section. I didn't find the colour I was looking for so I immediately made my way out as I was passing by the security he said what is it that I have stolen? It was really offensive what happened to innocent until proven guilty. I took my hands out of the pockets and showed him that I was holding my bank card and told him that I am not a thief. I was really disappointed by that.I looked for his name but there was no name tag visible
