I wont a car on Auction and minutes there after i was notified. Thanks to Hendrik Joubert of WBC George for the excellent service provided. The sales person have been awosome from the first encourter, and have been open to all my queries and question and assisted with outmost professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a car on WBC.
Theft inside motor vehicle safe compartments at the service agents. I have been servicing the vehicle and never felt the need to remove valuables from the car whilst the vehicle was services at Kia/Volvo and Range Rover service agents in Bloemfontein. Now my first time service experience at Stellantis group my money gets ****** while the vehicle is at the service and worse it gets taken from safe compartments where a person would not normally work on the car.
I have been waiting for a refund for more 6 months. I visited the Sars Branch Bloemfontein for then 6 times without getting my matter sorted. Required documents have been submitted time and again. I uploaded online more then 10 time and keep on receiving the sms informing me that my refund is o hold due to bank details.
I am writing about the experience I had I have a credit card which was handed over to Bham and Dahya Attorneys. I was promised 40% by the company and when it is time to deliver things change. I requested the recording of the conversation we had over the phone I was sent to Standbank branch by Khanyisile Molefe to obtain the recordings which I don't get I never used Standard telephone. I visit the Standard bank Brandwag branch they informed me otherwise that they cannot give the recordings the company is supposed to give me themselves. The assistant Mr. E Moses made a call to Standard legal who promised to attend to the matter and I should receive a call on Monday and still no update from Standard Bank legal.
I have been having a bad experience with the company they are handing my standard bank credit card matter. They promised me a 40% discount on my debt and now I made payment the 40% discount is no longer on the table. The agent that promised me is Khanyisile Alicia Molefe. I have asked her to call me back and as always she makes promises she never keeps and doesn't call back. I have asked for written estimate after the 40% discount she refuse to send but will tell me over the phone. I asked for the recordings of our telephone conversation, and I have been promised I will receive them and still no feedback or response from the company.
I am writing a follow up review. My policy cancellation has still nit been attended since i cancelled in April 2020. Deductions have been made and even the double the amount that was on the initial agreement. Every-time i must call or email for my refunds. Im not happy with liberty life i have cancelles my savings policy with them more then 6 months ago. They still deducting money and 3 months has passed. The incompetent stuff that hangs up the tellphone if they cant assist. They always claim that they work from home and will get someone to call me back regarding my problem. I am fed up and wont call or waste any of my money again trying to do they wok for them.
I am really disappointed in the service that you guys have given me so far at it is just for a simple cancellation of my late grandmother. i reported the matter immediately when she passed away while aware my policy hasn't been active for since month yet. i made it clear that i want to cancel her from my cover and i was assured it will happen as soon as possible but it is still happening. i don't know really what to say if i get a response like this for crenelation of a member what is going to happen when i am in real need and need your services. i want to leave with immediate effect i cant deal with more of this really. and surely wouldn't advice anyone to join if this is the kind of services that you guys offer.
Plain and simple rude she cant help me or she doesnt want to help me. I claimed from samsang for the sales i did and have been waiting for more then a month. I was deleted off the system.dont know why cause i still have money on the card i need to spend that i worked very hard for. My other claims are quarantined dont know why but its alot of money samsung doesnt want to pay me, ita more then 1800 thy still owe me besides the one that were paid on.monday before my account was deleted. Jeany said my query will be sorted she hasnt sorted it out. I am very disapointed about the service i served did my.part but when.it comes to.they part always stories
