The worst collection agency They harness people from early morning until late at night and even phone on the weekends
I have phoned at least 5 times and have been 2 times to the Makro Crown Mines branch for a simple quotation for fridges for a company. Been hanging on and transferred from person to person with no one helping me, even the sales consultants are useless as they can't follow simple instructions. Losing hope with Makro now
Really disgusted with the service that I got from Gym Company. I went there on Monday the 19th March 2018 to find out the membership prices and all that. Firstly they didn't have any open office so I had to sit inside the kiddies play area and get unexplained of how all the ins and outs work. Secondly there are still boards where they are advertising the R99 per month deal and I told them that I want that membership and the arrogant sales person told me they do not do the R99 membership fees anymore. Thirdly they cant even offer you something to drink, I have been to VIVA gym, Virgin active and many others where they offer you a drink of your choice. You have to ask Gym company if you can walk around where as the other gyms inform you that you can walk around and see what is there or if they should show you around. Truly the most pathetic gym company ever. I will rather go pay 2 or 3 times what gym company offers to get better service
<p>i dont know how can a company exist like them. they gave me 2 different reference numbers for the exact same account. they dont bother phoning you for a follow up or for queries. the only thing they know is how to harass and demand payment from people and yet the staff knows **** of whats happening. i made payment end of last month and they already demanding payment already. cant believe it. they should rather close down the company</p>
I phoned telkom as they need to assist me with the activation of my adsl line. I phoned the call centre, hung on for about a hour for the next available operator to answer. She transferred me to the support department. Hung on there for about admirer 30 minutes and got transferred to a other department where the phone cut. I want to know it's it so difficult to get assistance to sort out my modem. I tried phoning later only to find out that the support department has office hours. What happened to 24 hours support for ADSL customers. Just help me with my connection and I will leave you tellin alone
