Dear Mr Price UNSUPPORTIVE, DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER team, The issue is the following as previously explained, many, many times (since 2023): 1.) I ordered an item and paid R7 600 2.) I also paid to have the item assembled (R100) 3.) The item was not assembled despite the fact that I paid for it to be assembled 4.) I was unhappy with the item and returned it 5.) I never RECEIVED A CREDIT for the item of R7 600 which I purchased and returned (in other words, I did not get my money back for the item as is your company's promise) 6.) UTTER BAD CUSTOMER service 7.) Shoutout to Outsurance and their contractor Firefox! I moved from Gauteng to the Western Cape and luckily took out extra insurance on my move. The movers broke SO many of my things, some were irreplacable antiques. But their contractor Firefox collected the damaged items and restored them to perfection. Outsurance also paid me out for the items that could not be repaired. I am oh so very grateful. Thank you Outsurance!!!
I was assisted by Allana from The Crown Collection. What an absolute pleasure to receive such great customer service from start to finish. A scarce commodity these days. Whoever is in charge, this lady deserves an increase or promotion. 5 stars.
You will search far and wide to receive such great service and expertise in these turbulent times when everyone wants to make a quick buck. And trust me, I have gone the wrong route before I met them. Hats off to this team, excellent service with a smile, fixes everything first time without long stories and extra hidden costs. For two weeks now, they have promised to come fix their bad workmanship. Still under "guarantee", ha, what a joke! Of course they promise but never arrives while I wait in case they come while I should be at work. Never use them, the worst of a VERY bad bunch. BAD, BAD, BAD.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with such professional, efficient and friendly people! Highly recommended - and their prices very competitive - even better than the big name businesses! I ordered a fridge/freezer online because they had the best price, they delivered the next day, friendliest guys, installed the fridge, levelled it, removed the tape and assisted me with the old fridge. Then I also had a follow-up call. Now that is how you win customers, I will be back without a doubt.
