10 Apr 2023, 16:32 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Bad customer service received from the Lebowakgomo branch of AVBOB preoceeding to head office.When we switch to the other funeral parlour they gave us a bad service as they had no parkage we were looking for.Upon cancellation and when we return the R3000 grocery money they made us pay a R400 VAT money for the R3000 grocery money.When we enquire why they said the system is programmed that way.We called Head Office and head office said they can override it and when they wanted to speak to Chantelle or Charnel they did not want to speak to head office. When we insist they said this is how the system is programmed.So the cash money I received via cash send and when I return it I have to pay VAT for it,Why? Does consumer act allow this?

Unauthorised deduction from my bank account for non-service rendered.I made a request and the driver never pitched and took long.It always happen when I have a discounted trip and I ended up requesting In-Drive.It is the tendency with the Bolt drivers that if I have a discount they don't come and to my suprise I got a R10.00 deduction from my account.It says cancellation fee,but your guys never pitched.This is a bad service.
Be aware of scam going through.I booked holiday accomodation online with Amoma on the 27th September 2018 for reservation at Holiday inn express Umhlanga.Once the payment of R2440 went through I was told the available suite is taken and that canellation will be made and I will get my money same day latest 3 days.I even got email confirmation that the cancellation was made and I will get refunded.A week went by I called the London number and I was told there is nothing they can do I should check with my bank.My bank FNB also says they can't help me I should wait for Amoma or get in contact with them.I think this is a scam as there is no one taking reaponsibility and playing hard to get.Please avoid this route.
