Cancelling group trips with this bus line
New24 report of 29/3/2016. I am now cancelling our group trip on INTERCAPE to Cape Town after this barbaric treatment by a junior inept driver on a disabled paying passenger. This passenger like all others happen to pay your salaries.!!! No thank you very much. This gives South Africa a bad name.

Tarina Centre atm unsecure
Please introduce security into the mall to prevent the frequent attacks by criminals coming into the mall. The attacks on patrons is increasing especially at the atms.

compliment & complaint
Thank you for your efficient & professional after hour service on Friday 18 March 2016 @16:30. The theft of the bank card and R4000, by an old black man, walks with a limp & frequents this mall and harasses unsuspecting victims at all the atms. Apparently, according to the Spar floor manager the police and the car guards know who this man is. The info given by them is he drives a maroon/red Audi A4 with personalised number plates MAHLORSI or MHLORSI. Tarina Centre in Vaalpark has no security to protect patrons and this is approximately the third victim. Std Bank secure your ATM from future attacks.<br>

CRUISE FROM HELL
29/2/2016@10:00 - 4/3/2016@04:55 Durban - Portuguese islands - Durban. We anticipated 2 years , this holiday of a lifetime, a cruise! They did not cater for vegetarians as was the initial request. The boat docked at 04:55 on Friday morning in Durban, we were told to disembark after a quick breakfast. The passengers were herded like cattle off the boat to have the next conveyor belt of passengers embark. Our luggage was thrown around smashing the gifts and ruining the contents of the luggage with liquid from the bottles of liquid. The customer relations staff were extremely offensive, unconcerned and indifferent to this destruction of our property. This cruise is not recommendable!<br>
