I complained about a Neorologist working at the Mediclinic in George. It seems that The doctors take their que from the hospital they work at. A week later, no feedback, not even a "Go Away". Well, now I will go to the Medical Board and the Consumetr Protection Agency.
I have been a member of the payFines business for quite some time now. I have paid my fines, using their site and payment system and have never been dissappointed with the speed and service levels. They have also assisted me in handling queries even as well.
Attended an appointment with the Neorologist based at the Hospital, 1 of only 2 operating in George. This female doctor saw me, perscibef medicines that had very adverse reactions to the medicines I told the doctor about and my medical condition. I had to urgently go for tests. However, now after WEEKS of waiting and phoning her, she is too busy in conferences and whatever else. So after paying good money, this "doctor" is not caring about her patient enough to actually finish her job. I am also about to report this "doctor" to the Government and the medical board.
After spending more than an hour on the call center, being passed around from one to the other department, I just gave up. The error is a Bank error, not mine. After being at a branch in Eastern Cape and being told that the issue can only be fixed through the call center, they told me it can only be fixed at a branch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now, after over 20 years banking with ABSA, I will solve the issue FOR them - I will go and close ALL my accounts with ABSA on Saturday. I spent less than 10 minutes with Nedbank with their call center, and all accounts will be opened on Saturday, and they will transfer all my debit orders for me and transfer the bond over as well. That is service not what you are busy doing.
Shop is causing excessive traffic congestion over week-ends and mid-weeks. Petrol and and Time is wasted and they do not appear to make any efforts to remedy the unacceptable situation. I am NOT a shopper here and yet I have to sit in Sarnia Road for very long times each time I need to get to Pinetown or home.
I did incur a speed fine during the period for which I rented a Toyota Corolla Quest from Thrifty - now Hertz. They went on and deducted this speed fine 4 times from my credit card account. 3 times in 1 day and another time a few days later. Now I have spoken to Susan, Michelle and Elsie, but not one of them are returning my calls now nor is anything being done about this at all. In total, I had a brilliant experience at the George Airport, but the Head Office experience has been terrible indeed.
After 3 months of logging my claim and checking in as to the status I AGAIN logged the claim, as eventually instructed by the call center. Weeks later, still nothing!!!!! Quick to take your monthly payments, slow to re-imburse your Discovery approved expenses out of your pocket. After more than 20 years membership to Discovery, I am now starting to research where to change to.
AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How about adding another hurdle tgo get in touch with you!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no tried for 3 months to log a medical claim with you people!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Work took long to complete. Now a very short while after the job was done, The fromt bumper is pulling loose and the duco job is blistering. I have tried for almost two weeks now to get a hold of my "T^echnical adviser", I have left messages on 4 occassions now, but NO RESPONSE whatsoever.
I logged a claim on the 29th December. By 2nd Jan my car was assessed and Panel beater appointed. Cherise Davies is a STAR! Discovery insure need to hold onto this employee.
