I would like to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely poor service I experienced at your Southgate branch. On my recent visit, I spent over 25 minutes stuck in the drive-through line, moving at a snail’s pace. By the time I finally received my order – a McFlurry – it was already melted and ruined. This is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Not only was the service unreasonably slow, but the quality of the product was also compromised. I left the branch feeling frustrated, disappointed, and angry. I urge you to look into the management and efficiency of this store. Customers should not have to wait nearly half an hour in a drive-through queue, only to receive substandard service and food.
I am the executor of my father's estate and made an application to be the beneficiary of his royalties. It took months just to process that application application alone. Then after acceptance I was informed they are undergoing system changes and payouts would take 6-8 weeks. It has been a further 6 months and still no payments. They dont reply to emails or phone calls. They close tickets without resolving. SAMRO IS *****!
This is a follow up on my first complaint about bad support, and delivery processes from this company. My account has been debited on a date that was never agreed upon. The product Im being debited for has never even been delivered, the couriers and yourselves have been absolutely *********** and communication has been horrific, emails are rep**** to 2 days later and there's no phone number on the email signatures. Please cancel this contract with immediate effect and immediately return my money!!!
Hi I have had another failed delivery of my contract phone, this time through DSV. Once again the card machine says my bank is not recognized and contract not approved. How does a POS machine not recognize a NEDBANK account?! This is the worst shopping and customer service experience. They take days to respond to mails and dont answer the phone. Please cancel this contract once and for all if you dont know what youre doing. This is the 4th failed attempt at delivery.
Thisnis the worst fibre provider and their support is atrocious. The line goes down every day without fail in the morning at exactly the time we need to log on for work and even after logging a call we wait all day and still don’t get attended.
After paying upfront for my Vuma fibre through SADV, the contractors took more than 48 hrs to get back to us on the status of the installa. After escalation, we still have not been activated. Ive been on the phone for 30mins with no response, please cancel and refund for Dumisani Dhlamini
