Good Morning ,I can't believe how Vinex is, can't even answer the phone currently and very unprofessional over the phone, I am looking for the Vinex Jet Starter Block - Junior .on Takealot is states is i out of stock and just needed to require if there is anywhere we can look for the Item.is this client service they are not even to be recommended at all
Firstly I bought the brand clicks airbrush in April and didn't senat first on the box it states 2 styling brushes.in the box was only 1 . On the 28/8/2025 I bought another 1 as an gift totally the same 1and with the same 2 styling brushes.this is false advertising and miss leading customers to buy any clicks brands at all.firstly the customers need to look at any products been bought from clicks
this to state Agility gap cover doesn't assist any client or member, there is contact number that you can't get throw, why do you have gap cover and there is nobody to assist you with anything, but they sell the gap cover
after several phone calls and call again to Vodacom today, I was once again told a different reply on the issue with the service provider regarding refund on the account, why do a customer need to follow up, they easy to let you know account is in arrears but refund they have an issue paying back, it seems that Vodacom doesn't provide proper training to their consultants.
I have been struggling with refund from Vodam,you receive mail stating they are busy with the refund, and it will take 5 - 7 working days since you receive a mail. The provide with contact number to phone and then you need to speak to them Via what's up. after making a call once again on the refund you receive sms stating there is outstanding documents but with the first mail that was send all the supporting documents was send.Vodacom can quickly phone if you are in arrears with account, as a customer of Vodacom never been in arrears on my account, and this is the service you receive, I will never refer any clients to Vodacom after service the service they treat the there standing customers
I have been customer with vodacom for several years and lately is there service bad and feedback very not up to standard.you pay your account on time ,you have to send and phone to state there is problem with the account, some of there consultants have not consult standard .ever month you need to send proof of account was paid .vodacom needs to update there systems and give there consultants more customer assistance
I whent to P n P Ilanga nelspruit my purchase was 3 × foe the same amount and the 4th time for different amount ,whent back and had to wait for the floor manager about 5 min,they check on the system and only 1 for the smaller amount was on there system. I need to wait until the 2/10/2023 to check if the 3 same amounts will be in there account,the service at that store is not up to standard if you go after work there is only about 4 - 5 cashiers to assist and then the also put the close sign on the till. There service is bad after the till supervisor seen I was unhappy I was told just keep your slip now assistance for her The floor manager did tray and help me that I am thank full for but survives and customer help from cashiers and there supervisor if bad
We bought an Volkano Serene Series in Febr 2021 ( Vk 5073) in December 2021 it started giving problems didn't charged ,after I bettled with the watch I took back before the warranty. The shop did give me the Volkano 5072.now the problems is keep on losing connection. The functions on the watch has to be reset all the time .why buy the product if it is not working properly.
On the 9th off May I phoned in for contract that I need to cancel,the consultant that I spoke to advice I can change the package that needs to be canceled, know I am speaking to consultant and she said the discount has been taken off know one off vodacom has contact me once Vodacom doesn't care about there clients at all only about there money and to put hold on the phone. I will never recommend vodacom, if you need to cancel the consultant is traying to smear other packages on to clients
I need to share this ,my rings was sold to cash converters Nelspruit ,how can the state on there documents the person that is selling the staff is the legal owner of the goods, why are they not asking for proof of ownership. On there documents is states that the person is the legal owner weather on not they cant give the proof.we did open an case and we had to pay the double the amount that is where sold for. The rings where valuable to us .this is common theft from the buyer and the seller .how can we trust a business like cash converters. There documents that they let the customer sign without checking ownership is not executable.no everybody can sell stollen good
