Checkers you failed me once again by cancelling my order for delivering 30min before scheduling time. One too many times ordering online.I prefer doing my own shopping but because these items are online only i did not have a choice.****ty service then my delivery fee and driver tip go e with the wind whe i decide to give.
Makro has out done themselves with an online order ordered the friday and delivered the Saturday.Wow im still In aw of the efficient and speedy service received.Thank you Makro.Keep up the good work.
I bought mince at pnp local parow valley and discovered the mince was camaflouged old mince inside and fresh red mince on top minutes after I bought it.When I discovered it I went back to the store I pulled up the one side of the door was open security standing there and staff.I got out of the car and the staff member / cashier told the security to close the door she showed me her phone and said it's 7 o clock...I told her I want to speak to the manager to show the meat I bought minutes ago.She insisted they closed and I kept asking to speak to a manger eventually the security opened I spotted the manger and showed him the mince.He said the manager of the but her don't work late.He asked do I want fresh mince or a refund I said fresh mince then he said come back tomorrow as he will speak to the manager or will informed his colleague to speak to the manager.I left with such dissatisfaction.The staff and security works as if they don't want to work or be there.There are so many that long to work and make ends meat.PNP local parow valley you are disgrace to the Ackerman family.
I bought a 3pack steak mince today 11 June 2025.My daughter of 6 ask to help put the mince in the pot,I allowed her to do so but then I noticed with the last piece that the mince is black.I check rest of the mince and saw the outside of the mince is nice and red fresh mince and in the inside the mince are brown black..My mom taught me nwer to buy meat that's not nice and red it's old.Camaflouging the mince by putting old mince inside and fresh mince on the outside is disgusting and dishonest.Busy corner butchery inside pnp local has just made the well known busy corner butchera name fall.Me as a child and grown up now has been buying meat from busy corner butcher grassy park for years and never had they dissapoint.PNP local parow valley,busy corner butchery in your storee is giving you a reputation.Raymond Ackerman will turn in his grave for such horrible and dishonest service.
Please be aware of pricing when shopping at Spar Market Street they famous for over charging customers.Supervisors have attitute when you bring it to there attention,cashiers giving you looks because the supervisors dont know how to conduct themselfs.I'm baffled how such people can work with customers .When its brought to there attention they irritated with you and they make you feel uncomfortable. Spar please do better we cannot be overcharged in this economic.
What pathetic service from Pep parow centre and there call centre included.I bought my daughter a pair of boots at pep grand central cape town, missed placed the invoice and asked them to reprint my slip they gave me a copy of the daily records, I went to Pep parow centre with the boot and the slip for a bigger size which the slip was not excepted.I was told by the supervisor once i exchange I cannot return, I wasn't given a slip according to them the print out I gave is not valid. When I got home the boot was again 2sizes big. In the meantime I found the original slip please keep in mind I took exactly the same boot.i went to Pep parow centre took the boot wirh the slip our found and I was told I cannot exchange cos the sku number not the same. I explained to the supervisor on the 24 Jun 24 they did the exchange a few datlys ago and I want my money as I bought my daughter boots somewhere else because she couldn't wear the boot as it was 2sizes big.I was given such a hard time by the supervisor that I feel I never want to sit my foot into a Pep stores in general again.From the most humblest stores to think they are woolworths these days.Not even woolworths treat people they way I was treated.I called the call centre as soon as i got home after my experience 24 Jun 24 and laid a complaint disclosing the manager and the cashiers name i dealt with and gave the call centre detailed information and it's been a week later no contact from the store or the call centre again.How pathetic for customer service, both the store and there customer service. Sies pep your customer service stinks.
I shopped on the 15th May 2024 at 1up C/C Epping, I was so disgusted with the service.The cashier was so irritated with me for coming to her till as she was in a heated conversation with the packer regarding her childs birthday...No greeting no interaction she just scanned my items and i was fine with it so i paid and she gave my card back and not giving my slips in my hand she just put the slip on the counter not a thank you nothing...I left not taking the slips cos she never gave it to me.The security ask where's the slip and I told them the cashier ddnt give me a slip.When they ask her she shouted from her till, you mos saw me putting the slip there why didnt you take it.I said excuse me you never gave me a slip.She was loud and obnoxious.Very very rude.. ..Telling the customer infront of her i want special treatment she not giving him either his slip...She explained to the guy theres cameras they can have a look...I want them to look and see her attitude from the word get go.I ended up asking for the manager and explained what transpired. All he said was ill sort her out.I was so disgusted that i actually wanted to return the goods. I normally shop at Cravenby and never ever had something like this happened...The staff is always willing to assist without any hesitation.I cannot fethem the rudness and that the manager was close by and not here how she shouted like she's on the street.
I am disgusted at the fact that a business as well known as Fragrance Boutique cannot pay there staff on time make them a bad company to work for. Staff hasn't gotten paid their salaries for the month of January 2021 yet, and we creeping in Mid February 2021. Staff is expected to be on time with a good spirit but have challenges to get to work because of late salary payments. What makes it worst they are unreachable via telephone. If it goes on like this they will loose or lost excellent sales people.

Got notice from capitec to update details before a certain time before the accounts is put on hold,I took time out in my lunch time to sort this and made my way to the nearest capitec which is Ottery 17.2.16 at 2:12 with proof of residents and the I.D as requested only to find out that the proof of residents which is a hospital bill from grooteschuur is not accepted,I made my way to the wynberg branch where not just me but another customer experiencing the same problem with acception to proof of residence,Wynberg eventually assisted me after I had made noise and on top of it had to drive all the way from ottery to wynberg to be able to be helped which is unexcepted.The bank is too quick to deduct money but who do I claim my petrol money for driving from one branch to another?I recommend capitec to whoever conciders opening an account. But the service I received today make me no longer want to promote you
