I have been trying to cancel a Vodacom contract for 6 years, I thought it was done just to find that I have been charged for a data bundle on this contact for 6 years! I contacted Vodacom to cancel this contract, but was told that the "contract" does not have a start or end date and for this reason I cannot cancel the contract! This means this "contract" is not legal in terms of the law! I am at a loss, I am still being charged for a data bundle and I cannot get this canceled. I want this contract canceled immediately and I want a refund of the monies taken from my account for an ******* contract for the past 6 years! Someone from Vodacom phoned me about this, but was not interested in anything I had to say, their staff are clearly unfami**** with the law!
I just realized that I am paying for a data bundle every month for the past 6 years for a number my son used 6 years ago. I never activated this data bundle and cancelled this number 6 years ago when my son moved to Australia. This number is not even activated on Vodacom system, I was told they cannot cancel it bcs the contract does not have an end date. I managed to cancelled this contract again today, after they fixed the date thing, but I want a refund for the data bundles I was charged for for 6 years for a number that did not exist on Vodacom system.
I was also ****med by Tapzee R9500, after payment Wayne's phone is switched off, no contact, no installation. He also operates his ****s from several other companies, Tushiya Projects is one of them, the person in question is Wayne Changundega Ziki, don't do business with him, it's all *****elent!
I requested an airconndioner installer on Bark.com, Tapzee Construction responded and Wayne Changundega Ziki came to our house to quote us for a new airconditioner, ge sent a qoute the same day, we paid 80% deposit. He never came to install the airconditioner and he does not answer his phone, in fact, the phone is disconnected now! I was ****med, don't deal with this company or person ever!
I ordered 48 rolls of Nova toilet paper and only received 24 rolls. I have been phoning customer service for 4 weeks now with no resolution. Makro is really really bad at customer service!!!!! I even reported this by email, was sent a reference 3488360. This apparently was "resolved" which it was not!!!! Don't know how to get this sorted out, very frustrating!
Vodacom advertise in Eita July a special for Apple iPhone 14 Plus 5G for R599 pmx36. We spoke to the manager of Vodacom shop in Cresta who told us that this phone is "discontinued" but they advertise it? This is false advertising and *********, my husband really wanted this phone, so disappointing!
I employed the Johannesburg branch to re-enamel my cast iron bath, it was a mess, the bath had pinholes and paint runs all over. I contacted Andrew and told him it was a bumb job. He argued that it looked good, but I insisted that it be redone, which he did. Now, a year later the paint cracked, he came to have a look and said it's my bath surface! He insisted the bath is in good condition, contrary to my view, although they guarantee their work for 5 years!. No after sales service from this company, lucky I used another supplier to spray my 2nd bathroom. They had no problem to fix a similar problem! Don't use Mend A Bath Jhb!

I went to a Vodacom store to get a contract for a pay as you go number. I was shown the demo phones on special and liked a phone that was on a double deal. I was told that this deal was only available at Vodacom Online. I phoned them and took out the contract. The phones were delivered on 26 July, but it was not the same as the phones we viewed in store. I called Vodacom Online and canceled the contract and was told the phones will be collected. It is now 10 days later, the phones have not been collected, Vodacom took money from my bank account for the canceled contract, I am stuck with phones I do not want, can't buy another contract before this is sorted, so I missed out on a Samsung S20 double deal in store that ended on 4 August 2022 because Vodacom Online did not do what they were suppose to!!!! Plus I am paying for a canceled contract!!!!!!!
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! Small.kitchen that was supposed to take 2 weeks, 6 weeks later not done! Plus very poor workmanship and they refuse to fix it! Can't get hold of anyone, they simply ignore my calls!
