GEPF is not interested in servicing its members. I am in the verge of losing everything and they dont give a damn
GEPF is taking us for fools, I lodged a claim on the 19 of November 2025, till today my claim has not been processed. the call center confirmed that all documentation from my end is in order. The hold up is with the "Legal" department. The legal department seems to be an issue at germs. what is going on. is our money even available to be paid to us? Now it poses a lot of questions.
I submitted a pension fund claim on the 19th of November, to this day my claim has not been paid. when i called I was told that they last worked on my claim on the 2nd of December and it is sitting with their legal department. They further told me that they are working with skeleton staff. Is that an excuse for people who are employed to work with people's finances. 19 of November today is the 20 of January and i am told that my file was last touched on the second of December? why is GEPF treating us like we are asking for their money?
I requested a 3-month moratorium on my home loan on 19 November 2025. I am fully up to date with my payments, and my intention is not to default but to make temporary arrangements until my finances stabilize. After Nedbank asked for a signed letter, I submitted it immediately. Since then, there has been no communication from their side. My case is handled by Nthabiseng Ntise, and despite calling twice to escalate the matter, I have received no feedback. The December payment run is approaching, and my original request was to have the arrangement in place starting November, which did not happen. This lack of response is extremely disappointing and creates unnecessary stress for customers who are proactively trying to manage their obligations. I urge Nedbank Home Loans to take my request seriously and provide timely communication.
My dad's medication never arrives on time, I call the pharmacy days in advance to ensure that the medication is couriered on time but they never do. I am unsure whether their mandate is to delay delivery, so as to kill the patients that are on chronic medication. You call them they tell you about the courier company. we have do dealings with their business partners. It is up to them to ensure that patients get their medication. My dad does not have meds as i write, yet the medical aid has paid. I hate that my dad's father is in the hands of this careless business. We pay the medical aid to have the meds but no medipost is in a mission to kill.
This company has been deducting money from me since January 2017 for a funeral cover. when I enquire who is covered by the policy, they are telling me that no one is listed under the policy. I have been calling and emailing them to get my money paid back to me but they send me from pillar to post by telling me to call them. When I call I get though to the call centre agents that are unable to help as their job is to just escalate the matter over and over again. I walked in to the multichoice center in N1 City, even there they are unumble to help. I person by the name of itumelrng from the insureance department is not forth coming. I want my money back. I emailed the company and booked a call appointment with them they never called me. Multichoice please pay back my money.
I called in to a call center after Capitec has changed my payment date without me telling them to do so. I called in to query this and an agent bt the name of Nomathasanqa Nkqayi took my call. She was rude and unprofessional. No customer service at all
I bank with Nedbank, my whole life is with this bank from bond to car finance. The bank has allowed fraud stars to use my money in hong kong while i am in South Africa. The only thing they did is to notify me about my money being used in Hong Kong, how about blocking international transactions and making sure that I authenticate any suspicious transactions. I blocked my card with them on the phone but still my money was going while they assured me that the card has been blocked. They did not refund me any of my money. I was told that the investigation to my case will take 7 working days. To my dismay today while making a follow up I am told that it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I need my money! A lady by the name of Busisiwe Mntambo from the fraud administration department still had the audacity to tell me that she cannot say the same thing will not happen again. she does not know what tomorrow hold. how rude is that. should i trust them with my next salary? How am I to survive this month if they are not willing to repay my money. I have no faith in them as they are so rude . Nedbank please repay my money!! I am moving my account else where you cat even assure me. what does your risk department do? Please repay my money I never travelled oversees, you as my bank should know that. Is it not that one needs to notify his bank when travelling? how come was I not notified to authenticate international transactions before allowing them in my account. some one give me answers ~!!!!!!!!
I am disgusted by multichoice(DSTV). I applied for DSTV explora on the 24th of February this year, same day they called me to send through all the documents they require to process my application. I quickly responded with the documents on the very same day. On the 28th February I was called by their urgent to inform me that the application is approved and I should be home on the 4th of March as they will be sending someone to come and install my DSTV explora. I cancelled all my meetings for the 4th and stayed at home for them to find me home. No one came not even a phone call from them explaining why they did not come. I called them to enquire and I spoke to not one but many agents complaining with no help. No one could explain as to why I was stood up by Multichoice. A lady by the name of Pricilla who I believe is the head of that department called me with a very disturbing explanation telling me that my explora was delivered to their 3rd pary installer but he failed to install because they found out that he no longer is their 3rd party. All of that explanation as nothing to do with me. Their failure to keep up with their contractors really does not concern me as their customer. Sad thing is that in their explora approval you have to sign up for a debit order. Believe me they did not fail in making sure that, the debit order part they process without fail. Pricilla never bothered to follow up. we are now in July all they do is to deduct money from mu account but I have not recieved the explora since the approval in February. DSTV is taking me for a fool.
