i ordered something online and it couldnt be delivered because the courier company is saying Cape union mart didnt provide them with my contact details and confirm the address with them. this is absolute bull **** as i typed in my information on when i was doing the order kind regards Langa

<p>i went to checkers pretoria north to withdraw money, but the cashiers send me from one till to another untill been send to nthabiseng matlou who gave me attitude saying she is not working at the bank to help us withdraw money. i found it very unfair to quee for couple of minutes and to be told that i should not withdraw from them, i tried to talk to rosemary the frond end controller who said she is doing us a favour to give us the money, i mean its my money afterall.</p> <p> </p> <p>please talk to your employees to respect the costumer, without us they wouldnt be cheackers </p> <p> </p> <p>kind regards</p> <p>Langa</p>
I had payment problem, called and arranged with nokwnda as she is my agent and agreed that on the 18th I will make a payment and I also want to serve a notice. on the 18th I paid and short with the money for another room, I communicated with her and we agreed that they will use the money for the deposit since I am moving out. yesterday when I came back from work my kids were locked outside, and no communication was made with me. I had to call her I go few kilometers to a place to get the keys, today when I come back they are locked outside again, still no communication was made with me. it really sucks as she is not being professional with me, especially when I made arrangement with her and they have my deposit. she inspected the rooms and no damage was done, meaning I am entitled for my deposit. I hade the fact that she didn't give me the contract for the room.
i am not happy with the service that afhco gave me, we couldn't be able to make payment on time and made arrangements with them but only to find that we have been locked out before the day of the arrangement.<br> we went to their head office and the consultant said there is nothing they can do for us and refused to see the manager to report the matter.<br> <br> i thought they value their customers and looking forwards to help them when they have problems. i had to sleep outside and go to school without bathing, i believe that is how they run their business
