I feel like I have been ****med by YesPlay , on Friday 13th Dec was so excited when I won +-1700 and did a withdrawal of R1600 around 17h00. Fine we went over long weekend understandably so when we came back on Tuesday 17th I asked and I was told my funds processes should reflect after 72 hours . Whole week went by still nothing when you asked them their sh*t robot sends you from pillar to post. They don't answer calls on the provided number no emails , I am more than furious about how they treating us and it large amounts and many people waiting .
I app**** for a device and agent assisted me , everything went well and I was told to pay an activation fee of +- R1400 so that the device will be dispatched. It now a week later no response from them let alone getting feedback . I have tried to reach to them via provided no's none of them works , how do you conduct a business like that with so much of people's money on stake like seriously how do they? I have zero trust and should I have known I wouldn't have approached them from the word go............
I have never dealt with such a professional and an efficient company like Execuspecs. I have dealing with them for less than 6 months but I am amazed with the level of their work , turnaround times and follow ups guys you are the best. Big up to Chantelle "home free try on" you always pull through keep it up ...
When I first came across this online store on Facebook I was a bit skeptical about them , I saw some negative comments and I said no can't do business with them. Something just said try them and see how they operate , I was assisted and my parcel delivered within a week of signing the necessary documentation. Their service is fast and reliable , as a start up baby I would say they outdone themselves and exceeded my expectations.. Keep up with your good customer service .
Big ups to this bank , since lockdown started never had any issues when calling their customer support centre. My queries attended to in a very professional manner , to get through also to them wasn't a problem taking in consideration some agents were working from home. Keep it up .....
I made an online purchase last week 31/05/2019 and paid for it via EFT , I was told orders take 3-5 business days delivery time. They said I will be notified once the order has been dispatched , after 3 days tried to contact them on the email/numbers provided on their website but no luck. When I manage to get through I was told they will transfer me to online department and they assured me Friday but will get updates . Today I am phoning no answer and haven't received any updates and for a company as big as this ...their service is pathetic even if I say so myself. Whole company no one can assist you with anything yet you have made payments already ..this is daylight robbery will never and will not recommend anyone to buy from them
I took the loan which was approved on the 5th December 2018 , funds appeared on the Getbucks wallet and I then transferred to my FNB account like how I normally do it but till date no funds have been received. I have made numerous calls and checked daily with the agents and was told same story everyday about the "technical difficulties" they facing to payout , they are clearing backlog. I am starting to get worried as there's a pattern of this sort and also recent posts of the same error from the public experiencing the same glitch/setback. Can someone care to explain exactly as to what's going on? I have never been experienced such inconvenience since I started using your services guys and I trust this will be resolved and reputation redeemed.
