Ordered goods online on the 22/07/2020, the money came off my account however for some reason the order was cancelled. Been speaking to an agent on their WhatsApp line since 27/07/2020 Shivani, ref: CRSCAEC75. Today the 30/07/2020 and nothing has been done, when you ask they brush you off and say I will email you, I have requested her manager to give me a call so we can sort it out, she didn't call me. Every time I phone the call center they say the same and nothing gets done. Very bad service for something you have paid for already
Just bought a skin from them for my cellphone, it is really ugly and I don't like the way it looks, nothing physically wrong with the product, they don't allow for returns. (looks like a child printed something off the internet) Guys please don't buy you are wasting your money!!!
They came out after we had a claim with Standard Bank, they did a emergency repair on our roof and the next day fixed the roof. I was very happy with his service, I requested a quote to get our roof brushed the Friday. It has been more than a week later and I keep on asking Pieter for a quote. Not getting any feedback, started out so great and ended so poorly.
Been waiting since the 10-08-2017 for your couriers to collect my parcel, every time I phone in they make promises they yet again cant keep, please collect the parcels and refund me!!!

<p>Liasing with our Business banker assistant, Mathilda Blom. Sent her and email to find out about a forex/rand payment. Sent the email correspondence to her and explained its urgent. this was at 10.14. Our client want his stock and the bank is delaying. Phoned and complained to the area manager and withing 10 minutes i have an asnwer after waiting almost 6 hours for mathilda!!!!!</p> <p>All that was needed was a telephone call to the forex department to confim the payment... then Mathilda still has the cheek to tell me its easier for the manager to do her work. Then sorry she shouldnt be working in the bank she should rther go work in an office where she can work at her own pace and not need to answer to any urgent calls or queries!! This is not the first time i have had to query more than once about her wqork taking forever to get back to clients!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I order from Pick n Pay online as makes my life so much easier,........ Ordered last week as normal groceries for my company. I order a few things bulk and then i order loose items as well. This particular order i order branded items as they cheper and there is a saving. 1) i get all single items and get charged for single items???? after i have requested NO SUBTITITES!!!!!!! 2) i ordered braded 5kg sugar and comes all single and get charged for single packets and two are broken and half out the bag. Driver said i have to take them REALLY!!!!!!!!! 3) short supply of items?</p> <p>i requested the delviery to take place the same day of the broken sugar that i sent back. I get told i have to wait till they get the delivery note back? what icinpetanct to get off their ****s and go a nlook for the delivery note and get a new delivery done. They want to deliver after hosurs when on the doument it CLEARLY STATES 8-5 working hours!!!!!!! INCOMPETANCE AT ITS BEST WITH PICK N PAY ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I bought electricity via my ebucks account on the 9th June</p> <p>the tranasaction didnt go through for some reason however the monies was deducted from my ebucks account.</p> <p>I have emailed and emailed and emailed and emailed and called and called and called. NO REFUND HAS SHOWED UP IN MY ACCOUNT!</p> <p>Ebucks rewards and FIRSTNATIONAL bank are stealing my monies? for what reason i dont know. I also tried to purchase off my credit card. The transaction also didnt go through on the account HOWEVER they refund me my monies on my credit card BUT charge me 2.50 admin which was not refunded!!!!!!!!</p> <p>STEALING AGAIN! Not my problem that the bank has issues. Why must i pay! hard up for 2.50!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>

I sent an email to the premier suit in march.<br> I got a response a week later...... not good at all. The 17th the day I received the email Refilwe Tshite said she was forwarding my request to the forex department as I have some questions.... Today is the 11/14/2016 and I am still waiting for the forex either to come back to me with my request or contact me to find out what my request is.<br> Its pathetic actually waiting so long and they advertise on the radio that its immediate response!!!!!<br> false advertising!
