I have purchased 2 x 6pkt of C***** Milk First pack the one I opened is off. Second pack same story. When you call in and speak to the so called Consumer Consultant you are said to wait 10 working days to resolve the issue. My kid had terrible diarrhea as he consumed the milk in his cereal. Service at C***** SA is pathetic. Purchased the milk 15.09.24 and 19.09.24 the milk goes off. Like really C***** has no decency to even follow up . Take down all one's details and where does it go in the bin ???
On 30/03/23 I received a quote from Postnet Ormonde for R109 for the same box I am sending today. Today 03/03/23 I went and sent the very same parcel and they charged me R169 when I asked them why???they now say they charge according to volumetric weight.The parcel was not even 2kg. Basically POSTNET is doing false advertising . How can people be ****** in broad daylight. This is nonsense. What the adverti*****t reads UNDER 5KG where does it stipulate CHARGES FOR VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT????
I have purchased a 2lt Milk from Pick N Pay Express and my bad the Milk is off. With all information that's required Batch Number Date etc all sent through to Pick N Pay the lady has an audacity to ask me to resend everything all over again. How sad life has become when you are a victim and conveniently you cannot do anything as now the COMPANY requires your entire life's details. How does this work? Cost of living is sky rocketing trying to make a living now I need to Produce Smart Shopper Card, Batch Number, Date etc. With no decency of a phone call. An email that was sent off early in the morning I get a response at 4.34pm in the evening. Shame on you Pick n Pay keep the money and be happy ... God is great

Ezekiel (Zee Chabby)is a thief running behind the name of a Trust and Non Profit Organization that's robbing people in broad daylight.He purchased from me Toolbox and Jack , did a Std Bank Instant money in front of me, 30mins later cancels the transaction. He doesn't take my calls or messages. He is so called RUNNING THESE NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION BY SCHEMING INNOCENT PPL. I have been to his premises so called in Sandton and guess what the Company don't exists.What a Joke!!! Whilst in today's day and time nobody can be trusted.
On the 27th April 2022i had got in contact with Jacobs Douwe Egberts complaining of the poor quality of Coffee that I had purchased with black particles floating in the coffee. 28 April they sent an email requesting to view the pictures and packaging details . 29 April I had fulfilled all the requests and sent through all relevant information. Until date today being the 20 May 2022 I have received a single response from them . How incompetent can they ever be? Is this how someone is supposed to get their attention about their products by bringing it to Hello Peter. Or am I just a drop in the ocean and they just dnt care about how and what poor manufacturing they produce...
Yesterday the 19 May 2022 we had been to Mochachos at the Glen for an eat in. The chicken was dry and like rubber overcooked and tasted horrible... It was basically done very terribly and almost left to burn. Firstly the plates given to us to eat where all chipped. The lady(Promise) that serviced us handed our food in the takeaway bags and said to us she will give us plates we can sort ourselves because I mentioned to her isn't it a sit in than how come this is happening. I said to her all ur plates are so badly chipped how can we eat like this she says " oh I dnt know not my problem". I did speak to the manager of the place he was like okay . That's it What incompetence... Can you really treat anyone like the this? Money is being paid to get this treatment ...Pathetic Honestly who ever reads this review dnt ever go to that Mochachos worst service , Pathetic experience ever in my life...
Today i had been to Pep Cell store 4866. The sales lady(Kamo) had made a total error on sending my parcel via paxi Pep. I had 2 parcels the parcel she scanned was with me and the other parcel that she did not scan was with her. No idea what was exactly her intention. I have a recording of her how she was behaving and shouting at me. The other customer tgat was in the shop she was shocked, she even said if anyone needed proof of this lady's behavior i must let her know. People with this attitude should stay at home give other people a chance who is polite and knows etiquettes. Sadly its life we have to deal with but i wont let this woman go by. Kamo has an attitude and she needs to be dealt with.
This company is a total scam. I have applied set up a Debi Check payment everything and than it got me thinking let me check this place out... I tracked down all the information it turned out to be a scam. Went to my bank and even my banker advised me the best way is to change my account. That's exactly what I did. The debit order was set up the lady by the name of Chantal takes all yr details sets up everything and doesn't respond. A day later she sends pics of Demo Cars, the cars they sell... Surprisingly they even tried debittng the account on the 31st only to realised that the account has been suspended. Thank God and my banker as I read reviews it's scary to see that ppl have actually been scammed of the R6000 deposit... GUYS BECAREFUL OR BE REGRETFUL...
I had ordered food from Nandos Ormonde on the 09/08/2020 insisted on getting extra sauce on my chicken or I could pay for it but the rude staff was like why do we need to put in extra sauce and speak their language and I understood... All I want to say to the manager or owner of the business remember a customer always comes first attitude should stay out the door
