Really not happy. I use Metro Fiber through ISP Mweb and am newly subscribed. When I spoke to the Mweb sales person early in February 2026 I was told that two days after being disconnected from my previous ISP (That was supposed to be on the 2nd of March 2026) I would be connected and after paying all fees and a full month installment I am still not connected to the internet on the 4th of March 2026 and to make it worse I received a email stating it may take Metro Fiber anything from 7 to 14 days to get me connected to the internet. This is absurd and if the sales agent who clearly only cared about making a sale have told me this, I would not have used their service because every day I am not connected, I loose valuable income, but both Mweb and Metro Fiber don't care because clearly their customers are only a number to them!! I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND MWEB OR METRO FIBER INTERNET SERVICE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR I HAD TO GIVE THEM!!!

Lastly trying to contact them is extremely difficult, especially using their app that disconnect halfway into typing your message, then You need to log in again and have to type the entire message from scratch again. I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND MWEB'S INTERNET SERVICE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR I HAD TO GIVE THEM!!!
I am so sick and tired of Telkom and their clearly Totally *********** staff. I have a contract which has already gon past it's expire date (2024-05-27). I have twice requested in two months that this number (0671635675) be Cancelled and yet I see I am again being charged for it on my latest invoice. THIS CONSTITUTES ***** AND I AM NOW GOING TO OPEN A CASE OF ***** AGAINST TELKOM!!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR THAT SERVICE AGAIN AFTER HAVE IRREFUTEBLE PROOF THAT I HAVE TWICE REQUESTED IT TO BE CANCELLED!! FOR F@#$SAKE I DON'T EVEN USE THE SIMCARD ANYMORE YOU *********** ASSHOLES!
Actually wish I could give You a minus 5 rating as You don't even deserve the one star! I was under debt review and have paid up all my debt a year early and my car was the first to be paid in full on the 2nd of May. I sent them an email asking when I will receive the paid up letter and also when They will pay the refund of credit on my account and they just sent me the same email they sent me weeks ago asking for documents. I rep**** with proof that the debt counselor as well as I had already sent them all the documents they have asked for on the 8th of May 2024. Today is the 21st of May 2024 and still not a word from them, no paid up letter and no refund of my credit! The fact that the refund takes time is one thing, but that You have not sent us a paid up letter yet I regard as deliberate and it is unnecessarily prolonging the repair of my credit status!! I therefore demand an immediate paid up letter from You! Also I want to know when the refund will be paid to my account and sending me old emails which has been answered does not answer my question, infact I still don’t even know what the amount is that is to be refunded!!!!
Actually I wish there was a rating of -10 because You don't even deserve the one star!!! Telkom in WonderPark shopping mall is the worst of the worst. I have upgraded a contract in December and this very contract has already expired in January, yet I am still wiating for my Phone and Samsung watch and all your sales person "Sibosiso" has to offer is excuses upon excuses. He even told me the phone is there but they are waiting for a watch which is absolute bul**** considering another lady working there told me they have no stock in the phone I have requested (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra). I have never in my entire life experienced such a pathetic excuse for customer service, clearly customer don't mean **** to You!!!!
Honestly I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating! Beware of this company. They are outright bullies that doesn't care about their customers. They will make decisions that will have a huge impact on you and your family without consulting you and expect you to keep your mouth shut and just do as you're told, also they will keep you guessing when to pay your water account and when not to and they will invoice you one amount and deduct almost twice as much then tell you that you still owe more. They have a blatant disregard for people's constitutional rights and their communication and people skills are non existant. Today I am going to the south african police service to open a case of consumer ***** against them. If you ever do business with this company I promise you that you will come to regret your decision!
The word excellence is an understatement when it comes to Rafters Pub & Restaurant in Pretoria East. Apart from the fact that their prices are very reasonable, they are a great place to take the entire family, kids included. With Friendly and knowledgeable staaf they are sure to make your Day extra Special. I will surely reccommend them to all, You will not regret the experience!
In 2019 I bought a Hisense TV at OK Furnishers Gezina Pretoria. In October 2019 I went under debt review then OK Furnishers went to their attorneys which is Botha Attorneys and threatened me to pay a larger amount per month through the Hyphen PDA system to their attorneys. On 25 April 2022 an amount of R7747.37 more than the granted court order has been paid to them, thus they are now owning me R7747.37. My debt counselor has made numerous attempts over the past 5 weeks to contact Charlotte Davis and the attorney Janine Botha and they are ignoring her emails, so watchout for OK Furnishers, they will steal from you!

I am quite frankly fed up with telkom's utter incompetence in regards to my cell phone account. On the 25th of March 2021 the telkom debit order did deduct from my bank account, now suddenly I am in arrears again and my phone has been blocked due to collections, that is concrete proof that telkom did NOT DEDUCT THE CORRECT AMOUNT via debit order from my bank account, now suddenly I am in arrears with R537.00 . Why on earth can't you just deduct the correct amount from the start, there was more that enough money in my account!? You are INCOMPETENT and now I the customer has to suffer because You (Telkom) do not posses the ability to manage an account. At this stage I feel like canceling my contract, but I promise you this, after this contract is finished I will go to another Cell phone provider because Telkom is the worst of the worst!!!! I wish I could give you a rating with a minus here!
