I recently visited the Makro store on Cornubia to buy a gift for my son. I spoke to a guy by the name of Ketha. He said that they didn't have the hand held console instore so he assisted me to buy it online. He also said that it will be delivered in 3 days. When I tracked the order it's stated that delivery is on the 30/03/26. Now my son's birthday has passed and he is disheartened. I called Makro store and stoke to Ivonia and another guy but they kept cutting my call off when I asked to see the manager. Please guys beware of these sales guys instore. They will mislead you as long as they get the sale. Now I have no choice but to cancel this purchase and wait another 14 days for my money.
I recently purchased many bakers brands of biscuits for the Christmas period. So when we have decided to open the Snacktime assorted crackers, I was surprised to see that some of its contents was missing. I did send an email to bakers and the lady from customer care said that she will only replace the missing contents. It never made sense to me just pick up the missing contents of the package from Checkers hyper as I had to drive there which costs me R100 petrol and my time. So I asked her if she could replace the entire box which will be worth the trip. She said that she will have to get permission from her supervisor. What she don't realise is that we as customers experience all their mishaps due to their incompetence. We actually pay the price for their negligence. It's a shame that we have to be a second option to them when we actually support their business and keep their doors open. Guys be aware....don't let businesses like Bakers take advantage of you. If you experience something like this ....make sure they give you a full refund and have them deliver so you don't incur expenses for their product.
I bought cakes from the Shell garage at Maydon wharf today and discovered that all the cakes in the packaging was spoilt and green. I went back immediately for a refund and the manager had a terrible don't care attitude about his product. He said that he cannot do anything as his supplier gives him 3 days on the shelf. The question is how many days it's been in the shelf. He said that his supplier is WESTHAM Bakeries. I was shocked as I buy alot of cakes from them in phoenix. What a disatisfaction and pathetic behaviour towards his customers. Please guys......let's get the health inspectors to visit that place.....I see many people getting sick from consuming food stuff from that garage. Shame on WESTHAM Bakeries.
I purchase 2 meals from KFC silver Sands recently. I was disgusted when we ate the chicken and found some of them was half cooked. It still has ****** stains. I have called customer care and reported the incident requesting a full refund. They have done nothing about it instead they said that they would only exchange those that was raw. The lady at the customer care also states that all the pieces will not be fully cooked. Apparently it's ok for them to sell us half cooked meals. Guys please be careful as the standards of KFC has lowered alot. What do you expect when you living in South Africa. Case no:2698848
The most terrible pizza store you can buy from. Guys note that today I ordered a pizza from romans phoenix. They took over 1 and a half hour to deliver the pizza. I called the store. The manager said that he will check with the driver. No longer after he called me saying that the driver is not answering his phone. So I asked him what can you do for me cos the pizza is very late and my children are hungry. He said very arrogantly...that if the pizza is cold you can send it back to the store then he will send another one. Which could take another hour and a half. I will never support this business again. They dint care about the customers needs but like the customers money. A bunch of useless people work there. They even sent me wet pizzas once in the rain. With out a cover the driver brought wet pizzas to us at home.
I ordered 2 pizzas from Romans today and was disappointed with their services. Firstly the pizzas were delivered after an hour and Secondly the boxes were soaking wet and dripping with water. I called the store and the guy who I spoke to said that he will do another pizza for me. I could not wait another hour so I declined it. I remember that the pizza boxes used to be placed in a water proof bag dur to rain. I'm not sure why they dint do this anymore. Obviously they nlknow nothing about customer satisfaction. They act as if they are giving us the pizza for free. I will never support this business in future. Welcome to South Africa.
I recently took a monthly contract with rain for Uncapped 5g wifi. I have been experiencing bad network recently and reported to rain customer services. They did not help me as a week later I'm experiencing the very same thing and I cannot even watch TV. I tried calling them today, however the phone rang for them minutes and when someone answered, he cut me off same time before I could explain my problem. It seems this service provider is after people's money with no good service to offer. Please guys when chosijng a service provider be very carefully as you might run into the same situation as I'm in. I just want to terminate this service and use another service provider. They won't even credit me for the days that I have been experiencing bad network connection and debit the full amount at the end of the month. I hope there is others out there who is experiencing the same problems as me...so that we could relate.
Recently i have ordered fibre from Voomatel. I have made a payment of R399.00 to Webafrica. Voomatel sent out their techs to the installation, however they informed me that they chatge a seperate fee for digging trenches,which is R50 a meter. They did not proceed as we did not have the money to pay the techs who is a sub contractor to Voomatel. I then called Webafrica and informed them on what happened. They said that there is 30m free cable and 30m free conduit and 5m free trench digging. Then they arranged another date for the installation almost a month after. However no technicians showed up for the installation. Im still trying to get hold of them where i am unsuccesful. Web africa is not transparent in the way they are handling their business as now that i have paid them notjong is being done. Theu also dont inform their clients about what they should be responsible for payment. This is daylight robbery.
The worst food store i have visited in my life. I looked for a toothbrush and found only 2 on the shelf. When I approached the manager he was extremely arrogant and said that I should shop at Shoprite if I was not happy shopping there. He said that the supplier had no stock and the sale was over. Who cares? He could close his doors if he wanted to instead of running the Checkmart name down. I am extremely disappointed as this is not the first experience there.
Good day I have recently received an sms for the Telkom 10th birthday. I have redeemed my code and have won a Holiday voucher instantly. I have still not received another sms confirming the winning. I have tried to get hold of Telkom TLC rewards many tines but was unsuccessful. I have sent them many emails as well with no response from them. I feel lied to and betrayed by my service provider, however I will seek Legal assistance and expose the for false marketing and advertising.
