Lintech fibre aquired Accelirit Fibre and we where under the impression that we will be getting better service... what a crock of ****e, all the hours we sit without internet at home added up per month is scary.. I am PAYING for my internet service to be down more than it being up. The best line you get when you phone EISH I AM SORRY SIR THEY ARE INVESTIGATING..nothing else its like the answer is running on repeat every few seconds.. I am truly sick of this ****. I want to upgarde my line but not before the **** is sorted out... 🤢🤢🤢😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
Months ago I got asked to rate these people on Hello Peter and for some reason I have not untill now, My experience with them... after the original quote it took them nearly 2 months to install my 5kw system sighting supply issues or some sort.. however i let it slide because it was not long aftet COVID so i guessed there could have been suplly issues, moving on when i had technical issues it took days for the installer to get back to me to the point where i just did not trust their eagerness to help.. and i had to approach volta and lux to help with sollutions. Moving on... in July 2024 Ifound myself retrenched and ITS HOME SOLAR owner immediatly started sending me threatning messages that if i dont pay him he will come collect his equipment... besides the threating messages he sent countless whats app messages calling me all sorts of derogitory names.however every month like clockwork since my retrenchment he still received his monthly installments. However December I had to help my mother pay medical bills towards her oncology for bowel cancer which also caused my mother to suffer a major stroke and pass away.. which meant that at the end of December begining of January 2025 I could not pay mu Solar but am happy to make a 2 payments with the outstanding balance spread over January 31st and end February, however its home solar's owner has been sending me at least 30 messages a day since the start of January making all sorts of demands as well as threats and using name calling and ************ to try and force me into paying him money i do not have as i a spent what i had on my mother's medical bills as well as school funds. Its home solar are the worst kind of people with no interest in humanity... their vulgar language and threats is not the way any person should run a business or have any contact with people.. They are not worth doing business with and to be honest I REGRET EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
My Dog of 7 years got an infection on her foot.. i phoned Bakenkop to please help.. i could not pay straight away but at the end of the month the full amount.. they said theywont help at all, i must send them a picture and they will tell me what to do.... money money money its all they care about... disgusting
From my heart... Close the company down please... useless is still too good a word... they take up to a month to reply to a opened ticket their service is unstable as f..... utter and total rubish be aware you are throwing your money away...
My internet has been off since the start of December after phoning telkom constantly everyday and receiving empty promises everyday, i am now fed up with telkom in two days its christmass and atill no internet, telkom you suck your service suck... so im done being nice... You dont want people swearing at you... Well maybe you should provide better service.
I recently upgraded my phone and within two days of the upgrade i noticed a software problem on my phone, i took my phone to Vodacom Centurion and explained the problem to them and also informed them that i needed my phone repaired urgently as i use my phone constantly for work purposes. i was assured that it will take three days at the most for Vodacom to repair or swap my phone for another. today i phoned the store to ask if my phone has been repaired or if they know how long it will still take for them to repair my phone. Lo and behold i was told that nothing has been done as they need the receipt of when i did the upgrade, so i asked why they could not contact me for the receipt ..... i was answered with silence..... this is absurd and ridiculous. i am furious not only is my work suffering because of this issue as well as the fact that i am made to wait for something that is brand new that they could have swapped instore after their technician checked my phone and confirmed there was a software problem. <br> i am not impressed.<br>
