my phone remains block after payment, today i have been on their whatsapp saying the same thing. i cant use the phone it frozen i can get to any button ivr sent screen shorts and they keep telling me the same thing ive called , emailed on whatsapp since this morning . i cant access internet because the phone is frozen i cant pull down the the screen to open wi-fi.there is nothing i can do on that phone but they are busy telling me 1 and the same thing and im frustrated. maybe now thwy will know what to do or they open the phone on their side. worse their phone number yoj only talking to the machine no agent. at 15h30 their agent on whatsapp tole me they cl9se at 17h30 bjt they cant helpe iust come back tomorrow at 8 what is that. even now they are still open but cant help with anything
I wrote a complain about Rand mutual assurance, last year december. They were given 21working days to respond .after that 31 days they did not. I sent Nosiphiwo and email again which she took her time ti reply telling me the very same thing that she requested in December more details. I resent the very same email and added a simillar client that was paid by ram even though they did not have policy number.RMA takes their time to issue policy numbers on new clients. This batch that has the client im complaining about only got policy numbers in 2025 after almonst 3 years requesring thise policy numbers.and everytime there was a claim from those policies without policy numbers they will investigate and pay aftrr 2 months .we had to fight everytime we have a claim now this. Worse the very same client was part of the clients they emailed us for gracd period even on the email it says no policy number and it was not Sethibe alone now they cant find anything about thus client but they recieved premiums and payment allocation. You are not being fare when handling RMA , but if it us that clients are complaining about you breath down our necks but no RMA has all the freedom.
Since last year i cant use my account because your driver that i know personally called me to tell me about discount and food.and to expect a code on my email. After giving him that code i was charged for a trip from Pretoria while i was sitting at my house.i disputed that transaction at uber onky for thrm to tell me that that trip correspond with my previoud trips. I even ask who was the driver for that trip, i never received an answer from them even today i cant us emy avcount bacause if that R1500 plus trip. I have spoken to Ndangaleni the driver that requested a code from me he promised to sort that thing out that was last year he never paid that money and uber never sorted that issue out. I just want my account back to normal and deal with your driver
I have app**** for my refund which i had to go around with a bank statemenr, i had to write here for them to accept my bank statement.since April i have not recieve my refund when i call they give me thousands stories.1 said they have a backlog they will take 14 working days after they get all documents.it seems like i cant count 14 days. As i am typinv here im on the phone with bonitas thr lady us asking me for treatment date, how do you ask me that when i have givin yoj all the info. I want my money please , it seems now i am only getting service if i write here
I apply for a refund at bonitas last month.iv esent all the documents they want.now the problem is bank statement i first sent the one from the app , they said they dont want it they want a statement certified by the commissioner of auth.i went to the bank physically they put the original stamp i sent it and call them.again. Still they dont want it i went to Primrose SAPS to ask them.to stamp.it they refused saying it ******** to stamp a bank statement that has a stamp. I called bonitas again, they advicr me to go to Post office, i just came back from Primrose post office they dont certify a stamped bank statement.i am.tired now I even requested my last telephone recording when i was advice to go to post office they dont do that. Please tell me what more do you want from me to.get my refund back. I am tired im not gonna call you for this issue again
I made a paymant to a currier company and immediate payment, when i went into the app to get POP , i cant i phone Capitec on the 3rd December asking for tha POP, they tols me they escalatted the issue to a difrent department .i habe been phoning them since 3rd December i habe not received the POP.i have spend hours on the phone with their *********** agents together with their team leaders.i told them i wanna go home i need this parcel.why is capitec bank this useless, today they are saying that department could get that transaction the very transaction that is on my bak statement.how useless can capitec be. I want my POP so the currier company can deliver my parcel.i regret banking with ghis bank
I was admitted in hospital last year december, now i owe Lancet over R7000 because the medical aid did not pay for blood test, Bonitus sent me an email saying Lancet never sent a claim. Lancet says they sent a claim it been almost 4 weeks waiting for Lancet to provide proof of claim.and i keep on getting calls from their collection agents.can you ask Lancet to gove me that proof that they claim from Bonitus , so Bonitus can tell me why they did not pay
My router is faulty , i called rain on the 9th June , they said they will awnd someone to fix or exhabge the router.even today nobody has called me nor come to fix ans check the router , worse you cant even use that sim card on anither phone since it is linked to that failty router. They said they will send someone between 24 to 72 hours, as im typing this im on the phone with Rain customer services, now they telling me a diffrent story that they can only replace the router 7 to 14 working days.so what am i suppose to do all thesw days without internet
I aplied for fedhealth medical aid after resigning from discovery, my start date is 1 January, i have not received my medical aid number.ive phone wellwox for 6th times, even now as im typing im on hold, even fedhealth sent me back to them , the supervisors and managers are not available
Telkom dedicted my account saterday 30 July 2022, to ky suprice my services are suspended, why, i called your call center a thousand times , yesterday i called 3 times, the all told me they will escalate this matter, the last person i spoke to kept me on hold and ask her team leader to open my lines if which she said she will to my suprice my lines are still not working . What am i paying you for, even now as im typing here im on hold since i have requested to talk to supervisor , they are nowhere to be seen. If you dont want my business anymore say so , so i cam move to MTN or vodacom
