Open-serve fibre was installed 5 days ago. Since then we been struggling with unskilled/knowledgeable Afrihost staff to get the internet to work. They blame Open-serve and vice versa, at least Open-serve are clued up and have been trying to assist us but i think we moving to Rain. A lot easier - plug-n-play. Afrihost are the worse and you see by the number of complaints on this platform. Typical behavior of a big company. Even the one consultant was condescending/rude but its understandable when you dumb and being employed in a position that a 5 year old can do - but is rocket science to Afrihost consultants
We have funds coming from oversees. Yet when we cleared it with Nedbank they promised it will be paid over Tuesday...never happened. Called them and they said Wednesday and TEAM LEADER assured me funds would be paid over this day...never happened. Called Thursday and long story about maintenance/back end issues etc etc Most cumbersome/tiring bank with more forms/red tape to get things done than the other banks
This email is relating to Nedbank and NOT THE STAFF! This bank false advertises by say "We Care" - they don't. They are the biggest enemy to SME's. Their business banking site / app is the worse and works erratically. Whats worse is that on a Friday when we need to pay our staff their site crashes and now staff will go home without being paid and unable to buy food for their families. NEDBANK's green color is inline with The ANC colour and clearly aligned in their agenda of destroying SME's and keeping the people impoverished. What SME can draw full cash money on a Friday afternoon... Absolutely no care and compassion - they must be part of the ANC
I bought 1 item from Youngman Roofing on 5 May 2022. I was told to go to the back to collect. However no one helped me even though i asked a few different people. Eventually 1 guy came over and asked his co-workers to assist and they refused/said they where busy. I went back inside and asked for the transaction to be reversed. The manager Mark assured me the funds will be put back on my card the same day. Till today 9 May 2022 and have still received nothing. Do not buy from this company as their service is terrible and they have act like what they are - A big company who doesn't care about clients cause they are making too much money!!!
We bought a printer from Makro online. Deliver date was 3 days. Its 7 days later and still no delivery. We called in today 3 times and heard three different stories from 1. Its on way 2. They cant deliver cause courier cant call 3. Item is at "market place" Now Makro says they cant help as another company sends out items What a complete mess...hopefully i get a refund...
I wanted to apply for a commercial bond. However its been impossible - My private banker tried in van to get anyone to contact me - The call center gave me 2 numbers both doesn't work - Maybe lending is only for big companies and not Black Owned SME's I suspect business i too good so they don't need the nuisance.... Very disappointed as i have been a loyal customer going on 12 years. Its easier dealing with bond brokers than your own bank directly...unfortunately bond brokers aren't allowed to deal with commercial property finance!
I had an amount outstanding which i called in to confirm as i wanted to settle it and the close my account. I did this only and i followed up a week later it wasn't as somehow i accrued an amount of R88.50. Which i have settled. I tried calling them but after waiting 10 mins on a call i had to give up. DISCOVERY PLEASE JUST CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD AND SEND ME PROOF
I submitted a claim to Discover on 26 June 2020. This claim was approved 4 July 2020 but never paid out. I then called in and eventually after spending 15 minutes on a call being transferred from pillar to post i finally got help. The consultant whose name i wont mention advised : - Claim was approved - He couldnt understand why payment wasnt made - Also its supposed to be paid withing 7 days else it reverts back so he would expedite payment - Also that they don't need my baking details as my debit order has been coming off that account for the last 10 years Guess what that was 6 days ago and still nothing. What does one have to do to get a positive result from Discovery. In this day and age when the Pandemic has us all racing around to survive and eat you still have massive companies like this letting desperate people just wait. Hoping someone out their at Discovery actually does what they suppose to and help this desperate diabetic...
Capitech said you can close an account with all the relevant information and supporting documents. Then after messing us around or two weeks with red tape they come back and say we must approach the High Court for a order for my very sick dad to close his account as he needs the money for medication/oxygen machine/insulin/glucose test strips/Prednisone/Azathioprine and a host of other life saving medication. This bank refuses to budge and is insisting we bring him into the branch when his on a oxygen machine with 50% kidney function and 50% lung function. Please can someone out there bring light to this crime being committed and CAPITECH getting away with total disdain for not just someones life but this PANDEMIC we in. Clearly this bank is larger than life and more important than the safety and protection of South African people and their clients especially the elderly and sick who have no voice. We thought Apartheid was over but think again...perfect example here.
The system said i ran out of data yet when i log into my dashboard/account it said i had data left. the only way to get it to work was to purchase a top up...which i did. But then this happened a few times where the internet/system would only work on purchasing a top up. Later Webafrica said the issue was settings which i managed to correct with an "how to" email from them. However no one there responded to me about how it says I'm out of data yet they themselves admit i have plenty data but nothing about the cost incurred buying data i never needed. And now the same thing is happening. And throughout they never call you in fact this company prides itself on not calling clients only dealing via email or a whatsapp number that never works!!!
