UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT
The most unprofessional service and incompetent team!!! The are UNRELIABLE!!!!! When you complain they just state that you should get other insurance. They don't take responsibility and their client service can not even be measured.

SUPER BAD SERVICE
Local VW are not on the Motor Happy Database. Try to get into contact with Motor Happy, but 3 days still no contact. Calls dropped when waiting to speak to a consultant. No one calls me back and no one can help. Going to cancel my debit order within the next 3 days if I am not satisfied.

VODACOM....THEY INVENTED FRAUD
In May 2014, Elite mobile contact me with an offer of a Tablet and data from VODACOM....after 2 weeks nothing was received and I canceled the order. They still continued to add the order on top of my existing vodacom account and I have paid in full for this package since then. I believe that it is called FRAUD! So....Elite mobile added a contract on my name after it was canceled because of their incompetence and VODACOM kept on deducting the amount from my personal bank account. I PAID like a normal law abiding citizen my vodacom account and ELITE MOBILE or VODACOM is still not able to solve the problem!! Customers must be ware of ELITE MOBILE and any VODACOM Telemarketer. RSA must be ware of this! VODACOM MUST PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!

ELITE MOBILE IS FRAUD

Recliner Set
Me and my wife saved our money from our wedding back in 2008 to buy a recliner set for our living room. in 2009 we saved enough and went to UFO furniture to buy our dream (full leather set as specified by the sales rep). Since 2014 the set started to peel. Yes, peel, the \leather"started to peel of the fabric as for the set is a bonded leather set. They never give you a long guarantee because if they would....they had to replace the set. It is heart breaking to know that people must endure this type of service from a professional retailer. We called them...they just told us that the set is out of the guarantee period. Please be careful when buying from this furniture store"
