Misleading Promises and No Service
I paid R10,000 to Remove Debt (Pty) Ltd after being promised help with removing me from debt review. After payment, communication became poor and the promised service was not delivered. I feel misled and would strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company.

Bad service from vox telecom
I’m experiencing poor service from Vox Telecommunications. Although I pay every month, I constantly have to contact them just to watch TV. They tell me to restart the system daily. I'm paying for a 100/50 Mbps line, but speed tests only show 20 to 30 Mbps.

Refund from McDonald's
I purchased a Happy Meal with corn at McDonald's Littleton Centurion branch on 13th May 2025 time 16:20. Since corn was unavailable, I requested a refund, which was promised that I will get it within 48 hours. Till today I haven't received my money back.

Bad service from Rain
I had a month-to-month contract with RAIN, and it worked perfectly for three months. However, I then started experiencing connection issues. Despite numerous calls for assistance, they couldn't help me, and I had to restart the service every time I used it. I decided to cancel my contract because I had already paid for the month, but they refused and said I must continue with the unreliable network for another month before I could cancel. Now they are threatening me, claiming that I owe them money and that they will add interest if I don't pay. Please assist me with this issue

Vigin active
Can anyone advise me on what to do, I was a member of vigin active many years ago while I was still stay in Pretoria north I relocated in 2012 can't remember which month and when I left I mad sure that they know about my relocation by telling them but right now their lawyers are busy harassing me about phone calls telling me that I owe them and cannot even send me any paperwork to that I owe them. Can you please advise me on this one

This is second statement i am writing to Direct axis 1. You don't want to show me the statement that says I took a loan with you but you want me to pay 2. I have talked to one of your consultant which she promised that she gonna send me those details which she failed to do that. 3. What exactly you what me to pay because according to my records I don't owe you a cent I have asked you to prove me wrong and you failed. 4. Please stop harassing me by phone calls because I won't talk to you before you send those statement and for the last time stop bothering me please

I took a loan with direct axis in 2015 and i paid it up in early 2018 i cant not remember which month, but now this guys (Direct Axis ) they are harrassing me by phone calls every they saying i owe them i should pay them. i have ask them to send me a proof to show that i owe them they refuse all i want is that the statment that shows that i took a loan with them at this date because according to my record the ioan the i took with them i did pay it up last year in 2018. Please can anyone can help me to sort this thing out if the claim that i owe me they should send me the statement which i have never recive.

Credit card
I took a credit card with Nedbank in 2016 for amount of R25000 which I used it all I paid for two installments than my card was stolen. I reported the matter to the Nedbank they said they will do investigation since upto so far they didn't tell me anything I only found out when I check my credit profile that I owe them R105000 they didn't even tell me the outcome of that investigation

Account in areas
I need advice my account with MFC its in areas,they called me and told me that I should rectify it this month I told them I won't be able to do so, I will be able to rectify it next but they refused they say they sending depth collectors. Can someone advise me on what to do with this matter. I know that I owe that and I am not refusing to pay them.
