Mahindra Midrand - Quick to sell damaged cars and NO customer service Bough a Mihindra Scorpio 4x2 three months ago. Once home we saw that the smash and grab wasn't placed on properly, there were scratches in the interior, slight dent at the back (in the boot interior). Called Mihindra very distraught and told they are so sorry and it will be fixed , a week later I'm told to just please give them a chance as they're under staffed and a week thereafter the same story. A month later my car gets picked up, taken in , got a good cleaning but nothing else, told they have to get the smash and grab people to come to my house and place new smash and grab on my windows. That the dent is a factory fault and they would log and it'll go in. They will provide me a loan car while this happens. Fast forward a further two months and nothing has happened. When I call my call gets declined, when I message I'm constantly told they're in a meeting and will call me back. I was very very patient but 3 months later and nothing. To say I've never in my life received poorer service is a understatement.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! What appalling service! I booked ticket through a agency called Gotogate and our airline tickets through Air Austral. Due to Covid the tickets had to be cancelled - The tickets were paid for IN FULL! When I phone Gotogate I' m told that Air Austral needs to credit me and when I call Air Austral I'm told Gotogate needs to credit me - and so the circle starts - it's like playing broken telephone! I have been going in circles for MONTHS with no refund or ay progress. My last refund request was updated on their system on the 12th of December 2021 and nothing and I mean NOTHING since! Their business service is ridiculous and at this point my money is being held by them - basically stollen as they won't refund as promised.

When I phone Gotogate they tell me that air austral has to refund me, and when I phone air austral they tell me that Gotogate has to refund me. This has had me going in circles for MONTHS with NO REPAYMENT. The last time the refund request was updated was on the 12 December. And nothing has been done since then. That this business can even be in service is ridiculous - It's like playing broken telephone with kids and a huge amount of money that they just magically can't assist with.
In October 2019 I found out I'd be moving back from Cape Town to Jhb. I contacted Vox telecom to see if I can move my line, but they said there was no fibre in the area I was moving to , thus I cancelled the line. In November they said I had to pay for December as it's a months notice, not taking into account that I cancelled in October already... Proof was sent to them and they sent back apologies as they had a new system and it wasn't captured assuring me I wouldn't be held liable. Everything was good and then the bills started coming - each and every month with me sending proof and loosing my patients. THEN a debt company started phoning me on their behalf and threatening me with bad debt - let me repeat - I OWE THEM NOTHING! Then the calls started becoming weekly and quite honestly I can't deal with this anymore. What type of business are they trying to run??? Harassing customers who cancel on time and never missed a payment ??? I honestly don't know what to do anymore
Absolutely appalled with their service. I moved from Cape Town back to Jhb last year and cancelled my subscription. First they confirmed it, collected router 2 weeks later than agreed upon but it was sorted. Then in Jan I get a mail saying I owe them money - I send them their mail confirming cancellation with the correct notice period which they apologize for and send me another email confirming I owe them nothing and it's a system error on their side. Now I'm getting phone calls from debt collectors saying I have to pay them!!!!!! I have never in my life had such idiots to deal with. What must I do now???? Send them the emails AGAIN where they appoligise and THEY agree I owe nothing???? This is rediculous
I was called by First for woman to add an extra policy to my current policy. There is many benefits to this policy but what drew my attention is that they assured me that they can get my car disk - pay what's outstanding and deliver to me - extra cost for disk would be added to my next debit. I was so happy as I moved to Cape Town from Jhb almost 3 years ago and have tried everything bar going to jhb myself (as I cannot) to get my disk renewed and up to date. I explained this and told them what the cost is as I have been in contact with City of Cape Town but because it's two different municipalities it has to be settled and collected in JHB first. First for Woman assured me by taking this policy they will sort this out for me - no problem. I will have my disk within two weeks and I will be mailed to say how much would be debited off my next debit to account for this - not to worry - this is what the policy is for... It's now been two month and NOTHING. I have written several emails in the last two weeks with no response what so ever - though the debits go off no issue. I'm absolutely appalled - this is prime example of over promising and UNDER delivery.
