The best support I have ever received from anyone. They are willing to assist any time. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. The consultant Adriaan Steynberg, is the best and you wont get any better support any where
I cant believe that they were once the best providers but lately they are the worst. They don't give clear guidance, they billed me 3 times for packages I don't want. I only wanted to upgrade my line to a bigger line. they guided me to a new package which I did not want I only wanted to upgrade, they told me twice they will cancel the the incorrect order and wont send it out but yet nothing was cancelled, they don't sort out the issues. they are definitely not the best anymore. When contacting support they don't answer and when calling they just transfer you don't solve the issue and still expects us to pay
Dont use sky net i should have received my parcel on the 27th November. And still not received it. No one gives updates or answer the phones. Or even emails. They dont even bother to answer on hello peter. No matter what you do they just dont give a ****.
My package was suppose to be delivered last week, and even when you try to phone them no one answers the phone. there is no update no communication nothing
If i could rate a zero i would. Internet off again. It was on for 1 day. Even got a new router, just to have it not working the following day. Their app is also not working. Never use rain. If you want to have constant internet problems and no service at all get rain
Very bad service. My internet has been off for 2 days but they dont inform or switch towers to keep the line active. I had enough and going to cancel i cant do this any more
Once again this is my 3rd review, seems like they dont care at all. They rep**** and promised to fix the problem but yet again i dont have internet. this is not right. they expect full payment every month but cant even keep the wifi/signal/internet what ever you want to call it on for a full day
Every month I have to phone in to get an issue resolved. and every month they tell me they will escalate it to the IT department, which I don't think ever happens, as I have an issue with the WIFI not working. I have to restart the router almost every day. Now with load shedding its also a problem, then I must get a discount cause I cant use the internet for 4 hours. It was the worst decision to move over to rain.
Our internet is off the whole day now. I phoned it and the promised to phone me back. Which they never did. I phoned back and could not get through twice and when i finally got through the lady muted me and never resolved the issue.
Do not ever get a contract with cell c. They are *******. Every year i upgrade my contract they over charge me. The last 3 months they tell me its pro rata amounts they deduct without telling me there was a pro rata amount. I have been trying the past 3 months to get them to fix it and they say the accounts department will phone me but they never do. I will not renew my contract with them again.
