Charles Humphry the manager in charge does not want to finalize mu claim, I have a tire insurance with the above mentioned company, logged a claim in the 12 May 2021 to date I'm being sent from pillar to post. I have submitter all the documents that they need every time its something new that they need. no I have been asked things that i was not advices on when I was Logging a claim. i need this to be actioned as a matter of urgency.
In October King price sent technicians from outoboys to replace my window. They did a good job replacing my window however they then broke my Dash cam I reported to them and they have been sending me from pillar to post its been two months down the line and my dash cam is not replaced.

Incorrect billing coupled with horrific service MetroFibre upgraded my account without my consent. I picked this up two months ago on the monthly invoice they sent me. I brought this oversight to their attention and to date no one has bothered to assist me despite my numerous calls. This morning I called them again and they lady who assisted me confirmed that this was a request from another client with the same surname as mine and incorrectly upgraded my account in error. I requested her to provide me with a correct invoice immediately and she decided to hang up - I have constantly been a victim of this terrible service from the team at MetroFibre and have been patient with them but today was just the last straw!!!
