They are *****s!!!! You order 1 item and they debit your account for more items!! I keep on mailing to say all must be cancelled, but no reply. Do not ever make the mistake of dealing with this company!!
This place is a rip-off! 90% markup on parts and R110 per minute for labour!!! One price is given over the phone and different price charged and when you phone to query, the lady cuts you off with "lekker daggie verder". If at all possible, find someone else!
My Vodacom fibre through frogfoot has been off since 18.11.2021 and is still off. I have received no communication from Vodacom about this at all. I phoned and logged a call on Friday the 19th and Vodacom keep on promising me that they will phone me back, but nothing is happening. I am extremely frustrated, Vodacom is costing me money!
Empty promises and lies are all I am getting from Multichoice! Agreed on the 24 month price lock contract. Decoder was installed by an incompetent installer, nothing is workimg and the price that I have to pay is higher than the R500 and something promised. I wrote various messages to DSTV on Facebook and each time I am promised that my problem has been escalated and that I will receive a call within an hour, but nothing happens! All promises and no action!
I requested are repair quote for my cell-phone from The Lab Illanga Mall, Nelspruit. They firstly refused assistance until I paid for the quote, which I then did. I had to phone a few times to enquire about the quote before I actually received it I was then told that I had to pay a 50% deposit, then only will the part be ordered. The part will be available within 4 days after I pay the deporit. I paid the deposit on 01.03.2021 and heard nothing from them. I phoned on 16.03.2021 and then I was told that the part has arrived. I made an appointment for the repair for 22.03.2021, as I explained that I cannot hand it in any other time, as I do the banking for three businesses and need my phone for that. It was confirmed that they will be able to do it today. This morning, I drove to The Lab especially for the phone repair. When I arrived there I was told that they will not be able to assist, as the technician is off today. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that he is the technician that is supposed to assist. I then asked for my deposit money back and again, I was told they cannot refund me as they have no cash and no access to the bank account. This is absolutely ridiculous, I waited almost two months now and still my phone has not been repaired! Pathetic service!!
Hi, my Rav 4 was serviced by White River Toyota on 09.03.2021, Job card no. 70L6821. I went to refuel the vehicle today (18.03.2021), had the water, oil & tyres checked, as I am going to travel from Nelspruit to Pretoria at 06h30 on 19.03.2021 for a Dr appointment. Upon inspection, we saw that the vehicle had almost no brake fluid in. We filled it, it almost took a whole bottle. Please see attached the invoice for the invoice as proof that they invoiced 2 x brake fluid on the date of service. I phoned the garage and spoke to the service department manager, Quinton or something. He was extremely rude, then I phoned Johan Venter, the DP. He said that they will look at the vehicle on Tuesday 23.03.2021. I spoke to someone outside of Toyota for advice and they warned me against driving, as we have no idea whether the brake fluid is leaking out. I phoned Johan again and requested that a technician please either come to my house or I will drive to the garage to make sure that there are no leaks, he refused. I do understand that it is after hours, but this is an emergency. I then suggested that I leave the vehicle in Nelspruit and the garage assist me with a loan vehicle, as it is an emergency. He got very rude and told me that this is not an option, as all vehicles on his floor have been sold already. He then told me he will send a technician to my house. The next moment the sales person, Glen phoned me. He said that Johan sent him a message and told him to phone me. Obviously he was not able to assist, as he is a sales person and not a technician. He suggested I phone road side assist. I phoned road side assist, but they were unable to assist, as their technician has gone home already and that they can only assist by towing the vehicle to a Toyota dealer tomorrow morning. This is way too late, as I cannot leave after 06h30 in the morning, otherwise I will not be in time for my specialist appointment. This is the worst ever service. Brakes = life!!! I have to risk my life because Toyota refuses to assist me. This vehicle was a brand new vehicle that I bought, rather than 2nd hand to ensure that I have a reliable vehicle at all times. I kept to the vehicle services etc. The garage made an error and now it has become my problem! I have photo's with date and time stamps as proof. This can be sent upon request.
Discovery Insure is the worst insurance company I've dealt with in 30 years!!! Claims take forever, communication is non-existing and you as customer loose all the way!! A month after my freezer was claimed, the claim was resolved at a sub-standard supplier. I had no choice but to buy a new freezer, otherwise I would have lost all my food as well. They refused to pay out the money and rather used a second grade company to repair the fridge. Now my cell-phone got stolen and the claim is taking as long!!! How am I suppose the work without a phone. I pay a premium on an amount they set as the value for the phone, but now they want to replace the phone with a model that was discontinued at R5000 less than what I am paying a premium on and refuse to pay out the cash in order for me to buy a new phone!! Discovery wants to decide for you what you can get and from who, when you claim. What happened to this being a free country when Discovery acts as a dictator! Stay away from Discovery Insure at all costs, even if the premium is lower than other insurance companies, it's not worth it at all
Worst service ever!! Since 11 August 2020, I've probably had 3 days of internet with my fiber connection. After numerous calls as well as contacting them on Facebook, still nothing!! Each time I ask what the progress is, I am told to be patient, they are working on it. No one technician can be this useless that it takes 16 days to resolve an issue. I would not recommend anyone to go for Vodacom fiber, rather use someone else, even if they are more expensive!! Vodacom also sold this contract to me under false pretenses, telling me it's uncapped. Between these hundreds of calls, I have in the mean time found out that there is a data limit on my line, which was never mentioned to me. This is just a different word for capped!! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM FIBRE!!
