Bought travel insurance in November 2024 and just before I had to travel Itrip had to be cancelled due to riots in Mozambique. I asked if they can amend dates. They told me they could not do so, and I would need to cancel the first policy to get a refund and then purchase a new travel insurance policy. I requested a cancellation of the first policy with refund and purchased a new one, as advised. Now when I query the refund, they tell me it has been processed, but there is no reversal of funds that appears on my card statement and I have checked with my bank multiple times.

I took out a policy for my parent. They passed away in December 2022. I sent death certificate and all required documents to cancel the policy. I received an email that policy was cancelled. The on the 1st of February 2023 a debit went off. I phoned them to rectify this and they said I will receive a refund within 14 days. I haven't received a refund instead they debited again on the 17th of February 2023. This is a fraud. How do they debit for someone that has passed away!!!
I rented a car on 13 July 2022 and returned it on 16 July 2022, two months later I have not received my deposit 😢

I have a problem with prepaid card, it doesn't buy anywhere except Municipality. I went to report in July and was told its been activated to buy anywhere. On 28 August I couldn't buy and went to municipal office, was assured that it's been sorted I can purchase anywhere. I tried again but couldn't on 26 September and again was told that it's been sorted. I just tried today (14 October ) to buy from shoprite and through internet but still I can't. I don't know what to do anymore. It's very inconveniencing for me to go to municipality offices and buy electricity. I am soon disappointed and gaitvol with the service.
Lights were disconnected on 5 April, went to pay on 6 April. They were not reconnected on 6 April, went back to enquire at the Jeff Taylor office on 7 April at 8am. Premier Ramsay called revenue protection and was told it would be sorted within 2 hours. She even sent an email as a reminder to Douglas Perumal. After 3 hours I called revenue on ********** 546 to inform them that lights were still not connected, Nomsa Ndlela assured me to do a follow up and I should wait until 6pm. At 6:30pm I called customers care ********** 111, they promised to send technician, the ref number for the call is ********** but they never came. So since its Saturday I have to wait till Monday either to go to municipal office or revenue protection. Had to throw away everything in the fridge. Am sick and tired of this hide and sic**** No lights from 5 April.
<p>I went to Vodacom shop (4U Musgrave) on the 11th March 2017 to do sim swop around 11am. I waited for the whole day for the sim to be activated. the following, 12th, I phoned to report the sim is not active and was told that business dept has not responded< I must wait for about 2 hours for the activation to take place. But the whole day on the 12th, the sim was not active. On the 13th I phoned the shop again at 11am and they promised to get back to me. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours, no phone call and the card still not activated. The person I have been dealing with is Abdullah. Can the service provider intervene?</p>
