I have been ****med by those people who ask me to pay 50% deposit for the engine which will be delivered in the next 24 hours after that they request more money for the insurance. They don't have landline and when you google the address, it doesn't exist.
On the 23 April my bank account was defrauded with several transactions which amount to R16000.00.R2000,R5000.00,R7000.00 airtime worth R1000.00 twice.Tyme Bank fraud department are refusing to refund me as they claim that my pin/password was used. I gentleman who defrauded my account has once helped me whereby the money I sent to my sister couldn't reach her. He assisted me until my sister got her money and at that time there was enough money for him to steal but he didn't.Tyme Bank is accusing me of negligence but I never shared my pin with anyone not even my wife has an access to my account.
I bought a VW Polo BAH thermostat at Voslorus branch at 9H15 on Saturday 02 March 2018 then I decided to return it same day at 13H30 as my thermostat housing had a thermostat already. They refused to refund me saying instead I should take something else. I’ve been to East Rand Mall branch where they will just refund you without any hustle. This Voslorus branch is even charging higher prices than any other Goldwagen.The sales assistant even called the owner who refuse to refund me.
<p>My account with H&H is being 1 month behind the instalment for the past 3 months. I that 3 months I have been getting threatening letters(red letters that legal actions will be taken against me).For the past 2 months when I get home I find the red letter shove under my door. Yesterday 28 September 2016 2 guys were sent to repossess my fridge while it is 1 month behind with the payment. My wife refused to surrender the fridge until I got home. The guy who was sent to collect the fridge phone Ida and I explained to him that it’s not even month-end yet to say I’m 2 months behind with the payment. I think I have been treated unfairly by this shop & by their credit controller.My account number is 7450_263192_01</p>
I complained about H&H charging me R350 for the phone I bought from them.According to them the phone was sent to MTN for assessment & I was later told that I need to pay R350 of which I strongly disputed as I wasn't told when I handed the phone. While the dispute was still going on I paid that amount 3 weeks ago,but when I went to collect my phone today I was told that MTN has sold my phone as it was with them for more that 3 months. I demand my phone back. The Branch manager should have arrange with MTN not to sell my phone while there was a dispute going on. All I need is H&H to bring back my phone or refund me.Margaret Hill from H&H office is aware of this dispute & she is also not helpful as she never even phone me so that I can explain my dispute in detail. I want my phone back
Good day,I bought a Blackberry 9320 cellphone in October 2014.My wife took a cellphone to H&H because it went dead.She gave the phone to one of the sales consultant who said he will take the phone back to MTN for repairs.One month later we were told to that they discovered traces of water inside the phone so we need to pay R350.00 assessment fee that wasn't explained to us.We were not given any paperwork to sign that will explain that there is a certain fee that you pay.I have submitted my complain to Shoprite head office on the 21 may 2015 to Margaret Hill who promise to come back to me after investigating.This morning I received another call from Festival mall branch to come & pay R350 that is needed in other to get the phone back.I still pay for this phone which is still with the shop for the last 4 month now.<br>
I rented a TV at Teljoy in 1998 & now I find myself blacklisted by SABC TV licence as a result of non-payment of TV licence.Between 1998-2013 I never applied for any TV except Teljoy.
I complained about Vodacom transferring my account from Jacob Barnard & Associate to VVM.My complain is based on the previous experience with VVM.I know this company are ripping off peoples,for instance they will send you an e-mail to pay a certain amount today if you don't they will charge interest.How can they ask you to pay on the very same day failer to do that they charge you interest.With Vodacom-VVM you end up paying 3 times the amount you were owing.I'm so fed up with Vodacom in such a way that after this I will cut all ties with Vodacom for good on my current contracts & my 2 prepaid services under my name.
