I ordered sneakers,..to be specific Nike Airforce on the 10th of November to be on time for the last week of November. Well still processing and upon phoning it pops out as possible **** and straight to voicemail and on the whatsapps they also do not reply. My son is still without sneakers for his Mini Prom. And only this once I did not come to read the reviews because their website is absolutely too professional and stunning to **** one. Well, real ****mers and I opened a case of ***** because they can't get away with this and the customer service is poor,poor,poor. Think twice before you order from these ******.

Hi Defy Team... I was very young when I married and at that time money mattered when it came to appliances. We needed everything but and to our amaze Defy was so affordable,the quality was amazing and to top it all off the appliances looks smart. I app**** for Electricity supply. Ref: 755997605. On the Eskom website there are numerous ways to put in a complain but no replies. After many emails. Long waiting period on phone calls I am not satisfied. It clearly states on the website after paying your quotation for electricity you will have connection within 3 months. Initially I am going towards 8 months and still don't have electricity. I have received an sms that my material for connection is at the warehouse but no one is pitching. Western Cape is failing paying customers and this not on. Please sort this out because we have kids that are suffering.

I find it very disappointing with the assistance from Absa. After 2 phone calls to the consultants and another 1 to the collections department I was not assisted. My debit reflects that it went off on the prescribed due date monthly, and it shows on my statement that it did, they refuse to rectify the mistake they made and says it went off a day later. Now it shows on my credit report that I missed a payment and I DID NOT.THE DEBIT WENT OFF ON THE DUE DATE. I refuse to accept their error. However this is effecting my credit score and and future credit enquiries and its unacceptable.

What can I do to get assistance on my query please? I have send a private message, done numerous phone calls and emails as well. No reply. The same thing over and over happens on my report and its effecting my score tremendously and its not my mistake. I paid up my account in 2020 but all of a sudden it pops up as if its a new account and on top of that in arrears. How? I need help but it seems I am really standing in front of a closed door. Please sort this out because I cant deal with the same thing over and over since 2020....Really...I can't.
After writing a review on getting declined a few months ago at Ackermans for not having an account at other stores so that they can see my payment behavior,I opened 1 at another store and still supported Ackermans. So applied again this morning and guess what? I got declined again. Upon phoning customer service I was told they cant see why I got declined and that I should phone Transunion. However on speaking to a consultant at Transunion she told me that they don't know or cant tell me why Ackermans keep on declining me because my credit report is perfectly fine. Really,?... I have boys and its pleasure shopping for them at Ackermans but the way I get treated now I think its unfair.. I really hope that someone can assist me Regards B
